Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Xuanfu Xiaoyu Decoction In Treating Reflux Esophagitis With Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Obsjective:To observe Xufu Xiaopi Decoction treatment of reflux esophagitis of Qi Xu phlegm stagnation syndrome clinical curative effect and safety of patients.Methods: dividing 60 patients with reflux esophagitis Qi Xu phlegm stagnation syndrome into experimental group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)at random,the experimental group received Xuanxu Xiaopi decoction,the control group was given Omeprazole joint domperidone.The course of treatment in the two groups were 8 weeks.After the end of treatment efficacy of disease,TCM syndrome total score changes、 primary andsecondary syndrome score changes and endoscopic esophageal mucosal classification score changes,disease recurrence rate and adverse reaction of comparative statistical analysis.Results:(1)The group of Xuanfu Xiaopi Decoction total effective rate was83.33%;Omeprazole plus domperidone group the total effective rate was76.67%.The total efficiency of the difference between the two groups of was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)TCM syndrome total score changes,the two groups before and after the treatment had a significant differences(P<0.05),with statistical significance after treatment compared with experimental group and control group(P<0.05).(3)Individual symptoms scores compared with experimental group and control group before and after treatment,the difference was statisticalsignificance(P<0.05).The difference in improving the symptoms of heartburn、 gasteremphraxis compared with two groups after treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),in improving the symptoms of acid reflux or vomiting of phlegm-drool,sepigastric pain,belching and hiccups,inappetence,loose stool,somatic heaviness and drowsy,mentally fatigued,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).(4)Endoscopic esophageal mucosal classification score compared with experimental group and control group after treatment,the difference was not statistical significance(P>0.05),with statistical significance before and after treatment compared with two groups(P<0.05).(5)Observation of disease recurrence rate,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05),The experimental group is lower than control group.(6)Observation of adverse reactions,during the treatment,two groups neither appear obvious adverse reactions or side effects.Conclusion: Xuanfu Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with Qi Xu phlegm stagnation syndrome patients certainly,can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms,improve the endoscopic esophageal mucosal lesions,and safety of good without side effects and lower recurrence rates,it is worth clinical promotion.
