Jiangniyunpi Fang Combined With NP Regimen On The Clinical Efficacy Of ? Or ? Esophageal Cancer

Objective: the purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical effect of jiangdaoyunpi formula on stage III and IV esophageal cancer(spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type),and to explore its mechanism,so as to provide a new theoretical thinking and treatment method for clinical practice.Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,68 cases of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria in the Department of oncology and hematology of Shanxi integrated hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were collected.According to the actual situation,according to the way of random grouping,they were divided into the treatment group(combined TP scheme of jiangniyunpi formula)and the control group(simple TP scheme),34 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.The differences of tumor size,TCM symptom score,KPS score,tumor marker CEA,chemotherapy toxicity index and body weight between the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Remission rate of tumor size: CR0 cases in the treatment group,pr17 cases(50%),nr16 cases(47.06%),PD1 cases(5.94%),the total remission rate is 50%;CR0 cases in the control group,PR10 cases(29.41%),nr15 cases(44.11%),pd9 cases(26.47%),the total remission rate is 29.41%;the total remission rate in the treatment group is higher than that in the control group;the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant(P > 0.05).2.Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine: after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of five main clinical symptoms:hiccup and belch,swallowing obstruction,chest and diaphragm fullness,vomiting,phlegm and salivation,and anorexia(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.3.KPS score: after treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was(83.82 ± 6.97)and that of the control group was(78.24 ± 6.26).Compared with before treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Weight change: the weight change of the two groups before and after treatment was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).5.Tumor marker CEA: after treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing CEA,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Toxic and side effect indexes of chemotherapy: after treatment,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the two indexes of leukocyte and alanine aminotransferase(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in platelet,hemoglobin,creatinine and peripheral nerve(P > 0.05)Conclusion:1.Jiangni Hewei decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with esophageal cancer of spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type,reduce the side effects of chemotherapy,and effectively stabilize the weight of patients or increase the weight of patients.2.Jiangni and Weitang combined with TP(paclitaxel,cisplatin)is effective in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer,and it can improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of further clinical application.
