The Clinical Observation Of Treating Pre-diabetes (Spleen Phlegm) From The Evil Volts In The Sangao

Objective: This study treating prediabetes(spleen phlegm)from evil volt bulk cream pathogenesis hypothesis,intended to verify Qi and spleen,phlegm dampness meridians,heat through black magic effectiveness of treatment of pre-diabetes spleen phlegm and security for early intervention in diabetes,early prevention to provide new ideas,new methods to control the development of diabetes.Methods: Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Division,two outpatient and inpatient diabetes treatment area in line with the requirements of packet syndrome patients with pre-diabetes,a total of 60 patients randomized,controlled method of grouping,each of the treatment group and the control group has 30 cases.The treatment group received basic treatment that is a strict diet,exercise therapy plus oral Modified Liujunzi control group received basic treatment.The acarbose tablets orally,TCM symptoms was observed before and after treatment,fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,waist-hip ratio,body mass index,fasting serum insulin,insulin resistance index,insulin sensitivity index,changes in ? cell function index indicators,4 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous observation of three courses.Results: Treating prediabetes(spleen phlegm)from the evil volts San cream 60 cases,the total efficiency of 90.00% in treatment group,the control group,the total efficiency of 73.33%;two in lower fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin respects significant effect(P <0.01);reduce waist-hip ratio,body mass index in the treatment group than the control group,a significant difference(P<0.01);TCM symptoms: the treatment group,the clinical symptoms of obesity,lassitude,less gas lazy words,loose stools,poor appetite,looking not China,waist and knees,stretching limbs heavy,urinate more,tongue,pulse improvement than the control group,a significant difference(P <0.01),chills,dizziness,tinnitus improvement than the control group,a significant difference(P <0.05);improve insulin resistance index,insulin sensitivity index in the treatment group than the control group,a significant difference(P <0.01).Conclusion: Modified Liujunzi,treatment of pre-diabetes(spleen phlegm),hypoglycemic effect is no significant difference between acarbose;and in improvi ng clinical symptoms,a number of observed indicators of insulin resistance than acarbose;preliminary study results hypoglycemic mechanism may improve insulin resistance,reflecting the guiding significance of "disease" theory,reduce the incidence of diabetes,a significant effect,and follow-up recurrence rate.
