Objective: To observe the effects of needling Shaoyang Meridian points on the spasmodic degree, motor function, activity of daily Living(Adl)and the level of serum Gaba in patients with spastic Hemiplegia after stroke,to explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Shaoyang Meridian points on spastic Hemiplegia after stroke, and to provide clinical basis for acupuncture at Shaoyang Meridian points to treat spastic Hemiplegia after stroke. Methods:The cases come from in-patients who were enrolled in the first department of encephalopathy of the Third Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Shanxi Acupuncture and Moxibustion Institute)from January 2019 to December 2019.Random number table method will be adopted according to the order of patients' admission, which will meet The standard 64 patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group with 32 cases each.Under the premise of basic treatment of encephalopathy in both groups, the treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Shaoyang Meridian and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Before and after treatment, the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)was used to simplify the Fugl-Meyery motor function score(FMA),the Barthel index(BI)score, and the serum gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)concentration of patients to observe the improvement of the patient's condition.Assess clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Modified Ashworth Scale(MAS): The muscle tension of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before(p <0.05),and the effect of the treatment group to reduce muscle tension was more obvious(p <0.05).(2)Simplified Fugl-Meyery motor function score(FMA): FMA scores of the treatment group and the control group were higher than before, the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05);comparison between the treatment group and the control group(p> 0.05),no The statistical difference shows that both the treatment group and the control group can improve the motor function of the affected limb of the patient, and the improvement of the treatment group is comparable to the control group.(3)Barthel index(BI): The BI index scores of the treatment group and the control group were higher than before(p <0.05).Compared with the control group(p<0.05),the treatment group improved the daily life of patients It is better than the control group.(4)Serum ?-aminobutyric acid(GABA): The measured values of serum GABA in the treatment group and the control group were higher than before(p <0.05).Comparison of the treatment group and the control group showed that the measured value of the serum GABA concentration in the treatment group was Higher than the control group(p <0.05)Conclusion: The clinical study shows that both acupuncture at Shaoyang Meridian and traditional acupuncture can improve the spasmodic degree, motor function, activity of daily living and Serum Gaba in patients with spastic Hemiplegiaafter stroke, moreover, the whole therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Shaoyang Meridian points is better than that of traditional acupuncture points, which provides evidence for the clinical application of Shaoyang Meridian points in the treatment of spastic Hemiplegia after stroke.
