Applying Fire Acupuncture To The Treatment Of Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke Based On The Theory Of Fascia

Purpose:To observe the application fire acupuncture to treat spastic hemiplegia caused by stroke based on aponeurotic system theory.Material and method:In this clinical trial,according to the random number table by 1: 1 ratio will meet the diagnostic criteria and included in the standard of 60 cases,divided into fire acupuncture group of 30 cases and 30 cases of body acupuncture group.Both groups were given routine basic drug therapy and rehabilitation training,fire acupuncture group given fire needle treatment,body acupuncture group given conventional body acupuncture treatment.Two weeks as a course of treatment,the comparison result after two courses.Through before and after treatment of simplified Fugl-meyer movement function rating scale,modified ashworth Index scale(MAS),clinical spasm Index(CSI)rating scale and activity of daily living scale(Barthel Index)to judge the curative effect of two groups of acupuncture methods.Results:1.By simplifying Fugl-meyer movement function rating scale,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),the effect of fireacupuncture group was better than that of body acupuncture group.2.By modified Ashworth cramps scale(MAS),there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),the effect of fireacupuncture group was better than that of body acupuncture group.3.By clinical spasm Index(CSI)rating scale,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),the effect of fireacupuncture group was better than that of body acupuncture group.4.activity of Daily Living scale(Barthel Index),there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),the effect of fireacupuncture group was better than that of body acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Based on the theory of aponeurotic system application of fire acupuncture can effectively improve the degree of spastic hemiplegia caused by stroke.2.Based on the theory of aponeurotic system application of fire acupuncture can effectively improve sick Limb movement function.3.Based on the theory of aponeurotic system application of fire acupuncture can effectively improve the ability of patients daily life activities.4.Based on the theory of aponeurotic system application of fire acupuncture for the curative effect of spastic hemiplegia after stroke is superior to simple acupuncture.
