| Objective: By using traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Lishui prescription for the treatment of adult calcaneal to treat adult calcaneal fractures,observe the occurrence of postoperative complications,postoperative incision and fracture healing,the degree of foot swelling,patient pain,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy and maneuverability of clinical application of Huoxue Lishui prescription,explore the pharmacological effect of Huoxue Lishui experience prescription,and provide reliable basis for the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods : The selected 62 patients were treated with calcaneal fracture from November 2018 to November 2019 in the Department of Bone of Shanxi Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,and all of them met the inclusion criteria.The first 31 rank patients were selected in the control group and the last 31 rank in the treatment group.All of the 62 patients underwent traditional lateral L internal fixation,three days after the routine infusion treatment,hemostasis,appropriate fluid replacement,mannitol,dexamethasone relief foot swelling and other symptomatic support treatment.The patients in the treatment group took Huoxue Lishui immediately after operation empirical prescription(one dose per day(200 ml),water washed,morning and evening divided,continuous medication for 2 weeks),the control group was blank control group.Regular review of liver and kidney function,three major routine,and ordered the two groups of patients to actively exercise foot and ankle function.To improve and record the general data(sex,age),fracture type and degree of foot swelling,VAS pain score table,Maryland foot function score,postoperative incision healing,fracture healing,complications and postoperative clinical efficacy.On the third day of operation,X radiographs were reviewed at 4,6 and 8 weeks,and calcaneal X radiographs were examined at 1 month after 12 weeks data acquisition and analysis using SPSS21.0statistics software.Results:1.Comparison and analysis of the general data of the control group and the experimental group in this study,the results of comparative analysis,found that in the whole group of data test P values are not less than 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant,in terms of age,sex,cause of injury and proportion of feet,etc.,the analysis ofthe results of this experiment can not be affected,it can be considered that the treatment results and observation data of the two groups in this study can be compared and analyzed.2.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).On the first day,the swelling degree of the affected foot showed an increasing trend,and the swelling rate of the affected foot was not statistically significant(P>0.05).On the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Analysis of the postoperative VAS scores of the two groups showed a downward trend in the degree of postoperative pain and pain in both groups.significance(P>0.05);the scores on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation were statistically analyzed VAS the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).3.The incidence of postoperative incision complications was compared between the two groups,the treatment group was 0% and the control group was 6.4%.after statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).compared with the two groups,the healing rate of grade a in the treatment group was 83.87% and the healing rate of grade a in the control group was 61.29%.through statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.the healing rate of grade a in the foot incision in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.For the recovery of foot function,the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was 96.8%,the excellent and good rate of the treatment group was slightly better than that of the control group,the excellent and good rate of the control group was 93.5%,P<0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The patients in the treatment group had no adverse reactions during and after taking the medicine.Conclusion:1.Huoxue Lishui prescription combined with lateral calcaneal open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of calcaneal fracture effect,which can obviously reduce the swelling of the affected foot,relieve the postoperative pain of the patient,and promote the good healing of the incision of the affected foot operation.2.It is proved that the prescription Huoxue Lihui can effectively promote the recovery of foot function,and no adverse reactions have occurred,which is safe and reliable. |
