Therapeutic Effect Of Qingweisanjie Powder On Reducing The Recurrence Rate Of Needle Eye In Children With Spleen Stomach Heat Accumulation

Objective: The research content of this subject belongs to ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine.Taking the acupuncture eye of children with spleen stomach heat accumulation as the research object,through the observation of the clinical effect of Qingwei Sanjie powder on reducing the recurrence rate of acupuncture eye of children with spleen stomach heat accumulation,it provides new treatment means and ideas for the treatment of acupuncture eye,and provides certain basis for clinical promotion.Methods: From November 2018 to November 2019,72 children who were diagnosed as acupotomorphic spleen stomach syndrome in ophthalmic clinic of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of randomized controlled trial.The treatment group was treated by oral qingweisanjie powder and the control group was treated by tobramycin eye drops alone.Two groups of patients maintain a unified treatment plan,according to the symptoms and related medical history information included in the patients,summed up the general situation,clinical symptoms at the time of onset.After two courses of treatment,according to the degree of swelling,induration,pain,etc.were observed,and the efficacy of the two groups were compared.The data of 72 cases were recorded into the database,and SPSS software package was used for statistics,induction and analysis.Results: After two courses of treatment,the effective rate of the two groups was compared and analyzed.By the rank sum test,z =-2.007,P = 0.045,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,which showed that the treatment group had more advantages in the treatment of this disease.After 3 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 3.57%,and that of the control group was 30%.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,t = 2.92,n = 48.Using the corrected chi square test,X2 = 4.592,P = 0.032,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.After the treatment,the vas of the treatment group before and after the treatment and the control group before and after the treatment were compared,and the rank sum test of the matched samples was used,P < 0.05,which proved that the comparison before and after the treatment was statistically significant,and the treatment methods of the treatment group and the control group were all effective;the treatment methods of the treatment group and the control group could effectively reduce the pain degree of the patients.After treatment,VAS(degree of pain)of the two groups was tested by the rank sum of two independent samples.The results showed that P < 0.05.There was statistical difference between the two groups.The treatment group was effective in reducing pain,and better than the control group.After treatment,the symptoms of redness,swelling and induration in the two groups were compared by chi square test(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.It was proved that the treatment group had better improvement on the symptoms of redness,swelling and induration.Conclusion: 1.Qingweisanjie powder combined with tobramycin eye drops iseffective in the treatment of piweijire type eye acupuncture,and effectively reduces the recurrence rate.2.In the process of treating the acupuncture eye of spleen stomach heat accumulation type,qingweisanjie powder combined with tobramycin eye drops has a significant difference in the overall effect between the treatment of the acupuncture eye of spleen stomach heat type and the treatment of tobramycin eye drops alone.
