| The health of women is not only related to the happiness and development of a family,but also affects the overall population quality of a region in the long run.As public health policies for the benefit of the people continue to advance,"two cancers" screening has changed from a new phenomenon to a program of widespread concern for women,"two cancers" free screening as a health welfare has been promoted to rural areas,so the application of "two cancers" screening in rural areas has the necessity of discussion.In early 2009,the women's federation of liaoning province began to implement the welfare policy of free screening for "two cancers" of rural women,by 2017,45 counties and districts had achieved full coverage,with a total of nearly 1.6 million people participating in the inspection.Since 2014,the women's federation of SF township government has organized free "two cancers" screening for women in every village every year,a total of 1,560 people will be screened by 2019,screening more than 20 cases of cervical abnormalities,nearly 60 cases of breast abnormalities,four women with two cancers were rescued,ninety percent of the abnormal cases screened were precancerous and had not yet developed into cancer,early detection and treatment have saved many women from cancer death and property damage.However,according to the participation in the annual "two cancers" screening,the overall participation is not high,the participation is not active,the structural participation is uneven and so on.The data of 168 valid questionnaires were compared and sorted out by statistical analysis,through combing and analyzing the current situation and problems of women's participation in the screening of "two cancers" in SF township,it is concluded that the reasons for the low participation in the screening of "two cancers" in SF township include the low cognitive awareness of women themselves,the insignificant effect of organization,implementation and publicity,and the poor satisfaction with the screening of environmental resources,at the same time,it was found that factors such as age and educational background difference affected thecognition and participation in screening of "two cancers".Due to the differences in occupation and geographical location,the main channels for women to obtain screening information are different,and the requirements for the screening time interval and the feedback mode of screening results are different.According to the problems and reasons,the paper puts forward three countermeasures to improve women's participation in the screening of "two cancers",namely,to improve women's basic conditions,to increase overall participation,to strengthen the organization and service level of rural departments,to mobilize the enthusiasm for participation,to improve the environment and to improve services,and to meet the differences in structural needs.The research of this subject is based on the effective analysis of practical experience and practical accumulated data,and is the exploration of the application of the basic medical security system.The results will be directly used to guide the organization and implementation of practical work and provide reference value for the work of solving similar groups and fields in other places.It is hoped that the process and conclusion of research and exploration can play a positive role in ensuring the implementation effect of public health policy for rural women. |
