Study On The Status And Countermeasures Of Screening Of"Two Cancers"in Rural Women

The Cairo conference came up with a slogan: the right of all women to reproductive health.The development of free screening and relief work for two cancers of rural women is a public health service work benefiting rural women on this basis.Since 2009,the all-china women’s federation and the national health and family planning commission(NHFPC)have jointly launched a pilot program for free screening of rural women for two cancers.In2011,the all-china women’s federation actively sought the support of the central special lottery public welfare fund and set up a special fund for the relief of poor mothers with two cancers to assist poor women diagnosed with the disease in free examinations of rural women with two cancers.Since the launch of the project,sichuan province has conducted free screening for "two cancers" for 6.192,800 rural women,and provided assistance to8,089 rural women,so as to achieve the full coverage of registered and registered sick women from poor families.The practice shows that the screening and education of "two cancers" is a project for the benefit of the people and the country.The health problems of rural women are related to women’s own health,family happiness and life stability,and "two cancers" are the two major threats to women’s health.Poverty caused by diseases and poverty caused by diseases are a major factor leading to rural family poverty.Improving the health level of rural women is of great significance for targeted poverty alleviation.Therefore,this paper consulted and analyzed the data of the health department and the women’s federation of X town in west sichuan before writing,and conducted interviews and understanding of the diseases of some women in the townships and villages within the jurisdiction through questionnaire survey.Through the comprehensive analysis of questionnaire and interview results,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of "two cancers" of rural women in X town,west sichuan,and the current situation of the local government’s implementation of "two cancers".Poor family economic conditions;Lack of awareness of local government’s publicity and active service;Lack of a systematic policy system;The lack of medical resources and facilities is the main reason for the current situation of "two cancers".Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of other regions at home and abroad,this paper puts forward practical and operational countermeasures and Suggestions.Second,the local government should actively strengthen the "two cancers" health knowledge publicity;Third,formulate a sound medical security policy system;Fourth,increase investment in medical hardware and equipment to improve the medical environment.It is hoped that on the basis of perfecting the long-term intervention of public policy and establishing the relevant long-term mechanism,the health level of women in this town can be improved effectively,so as to promote the further development of sichuan women’s health cause.
