Objective To understand the characteristics and influencing factors of high-risk HPV infection in a rural woman in Dalian, and to investigate the status of women 's cognition of cervical cancer screening in this area, and provide a scientific basis for effective local cervical cancer prevention. Methods This research relies on the 2015 national public welfare industry research project "suitable for cervical cancer screening technology and demonstration research in rural areas of China",and selects 3,000 local households or permanent residents in a cervical cancer screening project in a rural area of Dalian,Liaoning Province.Screening subjects, volunteering to participate in cervical cancer screening and signing informed consent, requiring ages of 35-64 years,no history of cervical cancer, understanding of research procedures,non-menstrual periods or lactation.A cervical cancer screening questionnaire was conducted on 3,000 women,of whom 2,000 women underwent HPV testing. All investigators at the site received standardized professional training and conducted one-on-one face-to-face interviews with women. The qualified questionnaires were recorded and managed using Microsoft Access 2010 software. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 statistical software. The test level was 0.05,P<0.05,indicating that the difference was statistically significant. Results 1.A total of 2,000 women were tested for HPV in this screening, and 191 patients with high-risk HPV infection were detected, with an infection rate of 9.55%.There were 12 types of HPV detected(multiple infections were counted separately),and the HPV types with high to low infection rates were:Type 58(2.55%),Type 52(2.40%),and Type 16/18.(2.05%)and so on.2.There were 159 cases of high-risk HPV single infection, the infection rate was 7.95%;32 cases of high-risk HPV multiple infection, the infection rate was 1.6%,including 26 cases of double infection, the infection rate was 1.3%,triple infection In 6 cases, the infection rate was 0.3%.3.Univariate analysis of high-risk HPV infection:The high-risk HPV infection rates of rural women with primary or lower education, junior high school, high school, university and above were 12.67%,10.40%,8.63%,and 3.07%,respectively.A P value<0.05 was considered statistically significant. The prevalence of high-risk HPV in women who smoked regularly was higher than in those who used to smoke and was higher than that in non-smokers(P<0.05).The high-risk HPV infection rate of rural women who did not take contraceptive measures, the number of live births? 2,and the number of sexual partners? 2 were higher than those of contraceptive measures, live births ?1 and sexual partners ?1,A p value<0.05 was considered statistically significant.4.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis of high-risk HPV infection:The risk of high-risk HPV infection in primary school and below, junior high school and high school is 4.229 times,3.450 times and 2.752 times higher than that of university and above respectively;nowadays regular smoking, the risk of smoking high-risk HPV was 1.521 times that of non-smokers;the risk of infecting high-risk HPV without contraception was 1.516 times that of contraceptives;the risk of multiple partners being infected with high-risk HPV was The number of sexual partners is 1.586 times less.5.A cervical cancer screening questionnaire survey of 3,000 women found that women of different educational levels and ages had different cognitions on cervical cancer screening, and the degree of education was the best for women with university and above to recognize cervical cancer.Women with primary and lower ages have the worst perception of cervical cancer screening. Conclusions 1.The high-risk HPV infection rate of women in a rural area of Dalian is 9.55%;the infection rate from high to low is HPV58,HPV52 and HPV 16/18.2.The characteristics of HPV infection in women in this area are mainly single high-risk HPV infection, and multiple infections are mainly double infections, among which HPV52 combined with HPV58 infection is the most common.3.Low level of education, current and past frequent smoking,no contraception and multiple sexual partners are risk factors for high-risk HPV infection in women in rural areas.4.Women of different ages and educational levels in a rural area of Dalian have different cognitions on cervical cancer screening, and those with low education level have poor knowledge of cervical cancer screening.
