| After entering the 21st century,the problem of population aging in Tianjin is getting more and more serious,which has brought serious impact on the social and economic development of Tianjin,resulting in huge pressure on social medical security,as well as a series of problems such as the increase of the elderly population and the large gap of medical insurance fund.With the strong support of the state for commercial health insurance in recent years,the commercial health insurance market develops rapidly,but the development speed of commercial health insurance in Tianjin is relatively slow,and the density and depth of commercial health insurance are relatively low.Against the background of deepening population aging in Tianjin,we should give full play to the social medical security role of commercial health insurance,increase the demand of commercial health insurance,effectively supplement the social medical security system and solve the aging problem of part of the population.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study how the aging population of Tianjin affects the demand of commercial health insurance to solve the aging problem of part of the population of Tianjin and promote the development of commercial health insurance market.This paper mainly studies how the aging of population in Tianjin affects the demand of commercial health insurance.Firstly,introduce the background and meaning,and relevant literatures at home and abroad are summarized and sorted out.Second,under the guidance of related theory analysis of Tianjin an ageing population and the development characteristics of commercial health insurance,found an ageing population in Tianjin is relatively serious,the commercial health insurance market and larger development space,and then from the demographic factors,social factors and economic factors three aspects discussed under the background of population aging,the influence factors of commercial health insurance demand in Tianjin,how to analyze its influence of commercial health insurance demand;Then vector autoregressive model is set up,use Eviews 8.0 relevant data of 2001-2017 in Tianjin is analyzed,through the impulse response analysis and variance decomposition known elderly population bring-up ratio change rate and the average family's population size number change rate will affect the growth of the commercial health insurance premium income,elderly population bring-up ratio changes and family population size smaller number will stimulate the commercial health insurance demand;Finally,it is considered that the aging of population in Tianjin is serious and there is still a large space for the development of commercial health insurance,and it is urgent to solve some problems of population aging by promoting the demand of commercial health insurance,so as to put forward six reasonable policy Suggestions to promote the demand of commercial health insurance and alleviate the aging problem of population in Tianjin. |
