A Randomized Control Of Efficacy And Safety Of Aifu Nuangong Pill Combined With Metformin In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Renal Yang Deficiency And Insulin Resistance

Objective:In this study,a randomized double-blind method was used to follow up patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)complicated with insulin resistance who were diagnosed as kidneyyang deficiency after taking aifu nuangong pill and metformin,and to analyze the efficacy and safety of PCOS with hairy,acne,body mass index and TCM syndromes.It provides more and more useful research basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome complicated with insulin resistance.Methods:A total of 66 patients with PCOS and insulin resistance who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria in the outpatient and ward of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of xinjiang autonomous region from January 2018 to November 2019 were studied.In selected patients signed the informed consent book with random number table were randomly divided into trial group and control group,the group oral metformin,500 mg three times daily,after meal,one menstrual cycle for a period of treatment,even served three menstrual cycles Aifu Nuangong Pill,in the period of 5 days to start taking Aifu Nuangong Pill,agent,a day after 30 minutes twice taking dinner earlier points;In the control group,metformin hydrochloride tablets were taken orally 500mg,3 times a day,after meals,and 1 menstrual cycle was a course of treatment.The experimental group and the control group were taken for 3 courses of treatment.Results:Patients were observed in a randomized double-blind trial.Sixty-six patients were followed up,33 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group.According to the score standard of TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%.The control group,the effective rate of 75.76%of experimental Chinese medicine symptom curative effect efficient is better than that of control group,experimental group than the control group can better reduce the patient’s BMI,T,LH,LH/FSH,TG,CHOL,FINS,HOMAIR values,can better increase HDL-C level,improve the symptom of the haIRy,acne,menstruation,but in terms of improvement of LDL-C,FPG level statistically insignificant.Conclusion:1.Aifu Nuangong Pill is an effective prescription for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance,which can improve clinical symptoms such as hairy,acne and menstrual conditions,and the improvement effect of TCM syndrome is better than that of the control group.2.According to the efficacy criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance,the efficacy of Aifu Nuangong Pill in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome combined with insulin resistance is better than that of the control group,suggesting that Aifu Nuangong Pill is effective in the treatment of Aifu Nuangong Pill 3.No side effects and adverse reactions are found in Aifu Nuangong Pill,which can be taken for a long time.
