| Objective:To observe the differences of Lipoprotein A,fibrinogen, risk grade of hypertension, body mass index(BMI)and abdominal circumference among different TCM syndromes of hypertension with subclinical hypothyroidism, and further clarify the relationship between them,to provide theoretical basis for TCM Syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease. Methods: Ninety-six hypertensive patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were selected.Collect patients’ information,Record Research Index data, and classify TCM syndrome differentiation.Results:1.The distribution of TCM syndrome types in hypertension patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were as follows:phlegm-dampness type 33%,blood stasis type 28%,yin-deficiency and yang-hyperactivity type 23%,spleen-kidney yang-deficiency type 16%.2.There was no significant difference in sex, nationality, age, smoking, drinking and course of disease(p >0.05).3.There was significant difference in risk stratification of hypertension in this study(p < 0.05).4.There were significant differences in BMI and abdominal circumference(p <0.05).5.There was no significant difference between Lipoprotein A and fibrinogen in this study(p > 0.05).Conclusion:11.The risk classification of hypertension is related to the occurrence of hypertension with subclinical hypothyroidism.2.BMI and abdominal circumference are closely related to hypertension with subclinical hypothyroidism. It is inferred that BMI and abdominal circumference can be used as predictors of this disease.3.Phlegm-dampness retention type accounts for the largest proportion in hypertension associated with subclinical hypothyroidism, which suggests that phlegm-dampness retention plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension associated with subclinical hypothyroidism.4.In this study,Lipoprotein A and fibrinogen were not involved. |
