| Objective:Carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)is an effective predictor of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and acute stroke.Urine microalbumin can reflect the early Renal impairment,as well as effective predictors of cardiovascular disease.therefore,The purpose of the discussion is:1.to analysis The correlation between carotid atherosclerosis with subclinical hypothyroidism in this special population of elderly hypertensive patients;2.To analysis the correlation between subclinical hypothyroidism and urinary microalbumin. Methods:in this paper, using case-control study, collected the clinical data of 185 cases of hospitalized patients in The first affiliated hospital of China medical university in March,2016-September 2017.the inclusion criteria:67patients with age≥65 years old and primary hypertension were treated as hypertension group,66 patients with age≥65years old with primary hypertension and subclinical hypothyroidism were treated as hypertension combined the SCH group;and 60 cases as normal control group.Using analysis of variance to analysis Various tests and CIMT of three groups, using chi-square test to analysis the urine trace albumin of three groups, using Pearson correlation.coefficient to analysis TSH,FT3,FT4 and IMT.Results:the groups of hypertension, hypertension combined SCH and normal group comparison: rule out factors such as gender, age, smoking history,BMI;the PLT,MPV and fasting blood glucose,LDL-C,TC,Cystatin C,serum creatinine,TG,HDL-C,uric acid,Fg,D-D,CRP levels had no statistical difference in three groups(P > 0.05);There were statistically significant differences in carotid IMT(P<0.05).There was statistical difference between the three groups of urine microalbumin(P<0.05).Pearsen correlation analysis of TSH,FT3,FT4 and IMT in hypertensive group with subthyroidism suggested that IMT was positively correlated with TSH(r=0.393,P < 0.05),and had no significant correlation with FT3 and FT4 levels(P>0.05).Conclusions:the CIMT in the combined SCH group was thickened compared with the hypertensive group, and it’s positively correlated with TSH.Subclinical hypothyroidism with at the same time hypertension can accelerate IMT thickening. It is not possible to conclude that subclinical hypothyroidism has a definite effect on the increase of dyslipidemia.Senile hypertension is the influencing factor of urinary microprotein, but it is not concluded that subclinical hypothyroidism has an influence on urinary microprotein. |
