Homemade Shengjisan Of Simple Low Anal Fistula Postoperative Wound Healing Promoting Clinical Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Through the observation of external application of self-made Shengjisan on patients with anal fistula in promoting wound healing after healing of the clinical efficacy, the results were statistical analysis, and the solution of self-made Shengjisan on wounds healing after anal fistula operation, better carry forward the traditional Chinese medicine in the dressing after surgery advantage and application.Methods:40 cases of patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,20 cases in each group. Treatment group full use Vaseline gauze strip dipped into the homemade Shengjisan topical dressing and control group throughout with vaseline gauze strip topical dressing. Were recorded in two groups of patients with age, sex, course of disease, and other basic information; to observe and record after patients in 3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days of wound granulation tissue growth and operative day after operation,3 days,7 days, the 14 days and 21 days the wound area, record the patient’s wound healing days; patients were calculated after 3 days,7 days, the 14 days and 21 days of wound healing rate. The results were compared, the data were processed by SPSS 15.0 software, compared with the group of X2 test, four table exact probability method, measurement data using t test, the relevant data of each group were statistically analyzed.Results:Day cases in the two groups before treatment, gender, age, course of disease, postoperative wound area of statistical analysis, two groups of patients had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The treatment group after 3 days,7 days,14 days,21 days of granulation tissue growth, after 7 days,14 days,21 days of wound area reduced, after 7 days,14 days,21 days of wound healing rate of wound healing days were better than the control group (P< 0.05). The two groups after 3 days the wound area, wound healing rate had no significant difference (P> 0.05). The two groups’ the total curative effect had no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment group and the control group compared to treatment group using self-made Shengji powder application can promote the growth of granulation tissue, and shorten the healing of wound after operation time, effectively promote the healing of wound after operation of anal fistula, and no significantly toxic and side effect, safety is good, it is worth of clinical application.
