Observation Of The Turnover Of High Risk Human Papillomavirus Infection By Using "the Medicinal Broth For Gynecological Elimination Of Toxicant"

[Objective] In the past few years, many investigations discovered that the inception rate of uterine cervix cancer had the ascensus tendency and tended to more youthful, at equal pace, they found the high risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) had an intimate correlation with the genesis of uterine cervix cancer. So, scholars all over the world wanted to study and research a method for therapy of HR-HPV. The medicine for therapy of HR-HPVwas in an energetic research, but, we couldn't find a certain outcome way at the clinical research now. So, to find an effective traditional Chinese drug to treat the infection of HR-HPV is very considerable and essential. In this topic, through the observation of the rate of descent and darkening of the HR-HPV infection during the 3rd month of treatment with "the Medicinal Broth for Gynecological Elimination of Toxicant" ,to make some approach for further detailed and thorough research of using traditional Chinese drug to treat the HR-HPV infection of cervix uteri.[Methods] From August 2006 to April 2007,70 women who were screened HR-HPV infection ueing hybrid capture(HC-Ⅱ).All patients were divided 2 groups according to the randomized method, the control group and the trial group. Patients of the trial group (35 patients) were subjected to use the "the Medicinal Broth for Gynecological Elimination of Toxicant" for oral use, while patients of the control group (35 patients) hadn't received any intervening treatment. All patients detected the loads of HR-HPV using the same method after 3 months. Accordingly, to contrast the rate of descent and darkening of HR-HPV, and analyzed these datas if they had the statistical significance by using the SPSS12.0. [Results]1,The rate of descent of the loading dose of HR-HPV in patients of the trial group was 81.25%(26/32),and 61.29%(19/31) of the control group, the difference between them was significant(P＜0.05);2,The rate of darkening of the loading dose of HR-HPV in patients of the trial group was 53.13%(17/32),and 51.61%(16/31) of the control group, the difference between them has no significance(P＞0.05).[Conclusion] "the Medicinal Broth for Gynecological Elimination of Toxicant" is an available,effective treatment on subclinical infection of HR-HPV of women's cervix uteri.
