Clinical Study On The Treatment Of High Risk Cervical Papillomavirus Persistent Infection With "Yiqi Qingre Method"

Objective:Through comparison of"Yiqi Qingre"party oral medicine combined Xin Fu Ning human recombinant interferon alpha-2b vaginal effervescent capsule vagina to drug use with pure Xin Fu Ning human recombinant interferon alpha-2b vaginal effervescent capsule vaginal medication type cervical high-risk human papilloma virus persistent infection,observe two groups before and after treatment of HPV overcast and TCM syndrome integral,such as the change of the evaluation of"Yiqi Qingre"intervention in the efficacy and safety of the disease.In order to form a new cervical high-risk human papillomavirus persistent infection treatment program,reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.At the same time,the correlation between cytokines and cervical lesions was explored to provide more evidence for the clinical treatment of the persistent infection of cervical high-risk human papillomavirus.Methods:A total of 74 patients aged 30-55 years old with high-risk cervical HPV infection who were admitted to the outpatient department of the department of gynaecology of shuguang hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2017 to November 2018 and all TCM syndromes were in line with qi and Yin deficiency and damp heat syndrome.According to the order of patients'visit,the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(data of"Yiqi Qingre"prescription combined with xinfuning)and the control group(xinfuning treatment),37 cases each.The two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,and the TCM syndrome type integral(including band condition)and HPV negative conversion before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the correlation between cytokines before treatment and cervical lesions was studied.Results:(1)After treatment,the scores and total scores of each syndrome in the two groups were reduced compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,there was no statistical significance in the changes of main syndrome points and total points between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of patients with"dry stools"syndrome(Z=-1.405,P=0.160>0.05).Other syndromes in the syndrome of qi and Yin deficiency(secondary syndrome)(god fatigue,weak breath and lazy speech;Dry mouth,night sweats;Complexion white;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.000<0.01).(2)According to the evaluation criteria of TCM syndromes,the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups was evaluated according to the four grades of recovery,obvious effect,effective and ineffective.The total effective rate in the experimental group was 81.8%,and that in the control group was 56.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(X~2=7.074,P=0.008<0.05).(3)After treatment,the HPV negative conversion rate of the test group was 65.4%;The HPV negative conversion rate was 42.2%in the control group.The conversion rate of cervical HPV in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(X2=5.222,P=0.022<0.05).(4)Contrast HPV16 and HPV18,HPV51,HPV52 HPV58 type as well as the rest of the high-risk type overcast situation of 6 kinds of pathological classification,in the experimental group type HPV18 overcast rate is highest,at 83.3%,turn the classification rate was 0%,the control group was statistically difference between the two groups(Fisher exact test P=0.048<0.05),the remaining parting overcast rate no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)The levels of IL-1?,IL6,IL8,and TNF-?in the blood were positively correlated with cervical lesions(correlation coefficients r were 0.354,0.409,0.314,and 0.406,all with P values less than 0.05).Conclusion:(1)"Yiqi Qingre"prescription combined with Xin Fu Ning recombinant human interferon alpha-2b vaginal effervescent tablets for the treatment of high-risk cervical HPV infection with deficiency of qi and Yin and damp-heat staining can effectively improve the TCM syndrome of patients,compared with the simple use of western medicine topical medication can improve the rate of cervical HPV infection in patients.(2)Levels of IL-1?,IL6,IL8,and TNF-?increased with the severity of the cervical lesion.
