Objective: To compare the visual quality of posterior chamber intraocular lens(ICL)implantation with femtosecond laser in situ keratomileusis(FS-LASIK)in the treatment of moderate and high myopia.Methods: With a prospective study,Choose in June 2018 to December 2018 for ICL implantation of 58 patients(116 eyes)and 48 patients(96 eyes)underwent FS-LASIK.The refraction,visual acuity and visual quality of the two groups before and after operation were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results: After 3mo operation,the degree of spherical lens in ICL group was higher than that in FS-LASIK group(0.19±0.22 D vs 0.09±0.29 D,P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in UCVA,BCVA,columnar lens and spherical equivalent lens(SE)between the two groups(P>0.05);MTF cut off,OSI and OV9% in ICL group were significantly better than that in FS-LASIK group,In addition,compared with the preoperative results,the SR of patie nts in ICL group was reduced,and that of patients in FS-LASIK group was reduc ed(all P<0.05).The visual acuity of 3mo in ICL group and FS-LASIK group after operation was improved compared with that before operation,MTF cut off and OSI of 3mo in ICL group were improved compared with that before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),OV100%,OV20% and OV9% of 3mo after operation were not significantly changed compared with that before operation,and the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).MTF cut off,OSI,OV100%,OV20%,OV9% of FS-LASIK group after operation showed no significant difference from that before operation(all P>0.05).Conclusion: Both ICL implantation and FS-LASIK can effectively improve the visual acuity and diopter ofpatients,ICL implantation can provide relatively good visual quality for patients with moderate to high myopia.After operation,MTF cut off,OSI and OV9% are be tter than FS-LASIK.The early postoperative visual quality of ICL group was better than that of preoperation in MTF cut off and OSI,but the early postoperative visual quality of FS-LASIK group had no significant change compared with preoperation.
