| Objective:Childhood Autism(CA)is also known as Infantile Autism(IA)and Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD).Studies in recent decades have shown that if ASD is diagnosed early and reasonable Systematic treatment,most of the children will have different degrees of improvement.Under the guidance of Prof.ZHUANG Lixing,this study used a method of adjusting the acupuncture and applying behavioral analysis therapy to systematically treat ASD.It is expected to help the rehabilitation of the child's brain during critical periods of development and improve its clinical symptoms.Data analysis and mining of the advantages of the acupuncture needle in the early treatment of ASD intervention,inherit and carry forward the academic thinking of the instructor to treat encephalopathy,in order to provide a systematic norm,safe and effective for the children and their families in the rehabilitation department of Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital Acupuncture technology.Methods:Screening for children in the rehabilitation department of Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital according to the diagnostic criteria of the American Psychiatric Diagnostic and Statistical Manual,Fifth Edition(DSM-5)ASD,using a randomized controlled clinical study method,will be consistent with Children with ASD included in the standard 2 to 6 years old were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The control group was treated with interventional behavior analysis(ABA)alone.Each treatment was given 1.5 hours,once a day,5 times a week,5 times after 2 days,and then continued treatment.1 month was a course of treatment.Rest for 10 days,continuous treatment for 3 courses;treatment group based on the treatment of the control group combined with the treatment of acupuncture needle therapy,treatment of acupuncture needle treatment once a day,each 60min,5 times a week,5 times after a rest 2 days Continue treatment,the treatment is the same as the control group.The two groups were evaluated by the rehabilitation professional evaluation appraisers using Autism Behavior Checklist and Children's Autism Rating Scale(CARS)before and after treatment.The Autism Behavior Checklist and Children' s autism rating scale(CARS)was used to evaluate the effects of the two groups.Clinical efficacy,and based on the data of the subject,summarize the analysis of the mechanism of action of the acupuncture treatment of ASD.Results:1.The pre-treatment age,duration of disease,and ABC and CARS scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After treatment with 3 courses,the ABC score and CARS score were lower than those before treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the ABC score,CARS score and severity after treatment.The proportion of children was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the use of the method of adjusting the acupuncture combined with the application of behavioral analysis is more effective in treating ASD than the simple application of behavioral analysis.It is more helpful to improve the core symptoms of children.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of the Regulating spirit acupuncture technique combined with behavioral analysis in the treatment of autism in children is affirmative,and it is more effective than the application of behavioral analysis to improve the core symptoms of children with autism.2.The use of the Regulating spirit acupuncture technique combined with the application of behavioral analysis is more effective than the application of behavioral analysis therapy in the treatment of children with severe autism.It is worthy of promotion and application in rehabilitation clinics.3.The results show that the early application of the Regulating spirit acupuncture technique in the treatment of ASD has a significant curative effect,and has a certain advantage in the early intervention in the treatment of children's autism. |
