Clinical Study Of Manna Disinfection Danhewubeisan On Bile Reflux Gastritis(Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome)

Objective: In this study,by observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Ganlu disinfection Danhewubeisan in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome),it provided an objective basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bile reflux gastritis.The treatment of disease provides a safe,effective and widely used treatment.Methods:A total of 72 patients with biliary reflux gastritis with spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome were clinically collected in the outpatient department of Liver,Spleen and Gastroenterology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 64 of them completed the trial,33 in the control group and 31 in the treatment group.It was cured with Ganlu disinfectant Danhewubeisan in the treatment group,and the control group was treated with Danweikang capsules.Each group took 4 weeks as a course of treatment,during which the clinical symptoms of patients were closely observed,and the symptoms and signs before and after treatment were recorded.And gastroscopy,etc,and statistical analysis was performed to truly and objectively evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:In the course of clinical research,a total of 64 patients completed the trial and a total of 8 patients fell off,including 3 in the control group and 5 in the treatment group.Comparing the clinical efficacy grading indicators,results aggregate efficiency was 80.65%of the treatment group.In the control group,the efficiency was 69.69%.The two groups were tested by rank sum test: P <0.01,which was statistically significant.The overall response rate in the control group was meaningfully lower than that in the treatment group.Comparing the efficacy of gastroscopy after treatment,the overall response rate was 83.87%in the treatment group,and in the control group,the efficiency was 69.69%.The two groups were tested by rank sum test: P <0.01,with significant difference.The control group is not as good as the treatment group.Conclusion: In the treatment of bile reflux gastritis(Spleen and Stomach Damp-HeatSyndrome),Ganlu disinfection Danhewubeisan has a better curative effect,indicating that TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can obviously improve the patient’s condition and improve the quality of life of patients.It is an effective prescription for treating this disease,Expanded the idea of clinical treatment of bile reflux gastritis.
