BackgroundIn recent years, the living standard of Chinese people has risen gradually. At the time, the prevalence of coronary heart disease is on the rising trend. And the mortality rate is rising. At present,it has become one of the most common disease that seriously harm human health. The main cause of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is atherosclerosis. From the onset of coronary atherosclerotic plaques, inflammation is always involved and plays an important role in the process of plaque growth and rupture until thrombosis. When the hunman body is infected by Helicobacter pylori, they are usually accompanied by systemic chronic inflammation, and inflammatory factors are stimulated to express. However, the relationship between Helicobacter pylori infection and coronary heart disease is still controversial.Lipopolysaccharide binding protein is a secretory type of acute phase reactive protein. It has been reported that LBP is correlated with the severity and stability of atherosclerotic plaques. However, there are few studies on LBP and coronary heart disease at present.Lipopolysaccharide binding protein has become a serolo-gical marker of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease because it may be a mediators of inf-ection,innate immunity, inflammation and atherosclerosis. The research on serum LBP in Helicobacter pylori infection and coronary heart disease is still at the initial stage at home and abroad. In this paper,we studied the current situation to provide new measures for pr-eventing the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.ObjectiveIn this study,116 subjects were measured the determination of Helicobacter pylori and lipopolysaccharide binding protein in serum content. At the time, were detected with high density lipoprotein cholesterol, fibrinogen, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol, high sensitive C reactive protein, triglyceride, very low density lipoprotein choles-terol,homocysteine of these indicators, and recorded of patients with body weight,Height, age, gender, the history of coronary heart disease, smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history and so on,to explore the influence of Helicobacter pylori infection on coronary heart disease, and the relationship with lipopolysaccharide binding protein in patients with coronary heart disease, help to improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsFrom March 2017 to July 2017,selected 116 subjects who were examined by coronary angiography in the Department of cardiovascular internal medicine of Tai'an Central Hospital, and I got the informed consent of the 116 subjects.According to the results of coronary angiography,116 patients were divided into coronary heart disease group and non coronary heart disease group.Meanwhile, according to the results of Serum Helicobacter pylori content, they were divided into Helicobacter pylori positive group and negative group. The coronary heart disease group was divided into Helicobacter pylori positive group and negative group according to the determination of Serum Helicobacter pylori content. All of the subjects in the first day of admission detailed recorded with the name, age, history of diabetes, height, history of hypertension, body weight, blood pressure, smoking history, heart rate, and hyperlipidemia history;all subjects received venous blood from fasting on the second day of admission,in addition to,blood sugar, blood routine, liver function, renal function, urine routine, stool routine, blood lipids, myocardial enzymes, blood coagulation, thyroid function, electrolytes, glycated hemoglobin and other routine examination. It also included the detection of HP and LBP.The routine examination items were tested by the laboratory in Tai'an Central Hospital. Both HP and LBP must be centrifugated at the speed of 3000 rpm for 6 minutes. Then the serum from the upper layer should be taken out and stored at the temperature of-80 degrees. Both serum HP and serum LBP were detected by double antibody sandwich method.Results1.The CHD group and non CHD group compared,in terms of weight index, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, smoking, very low density lipoprotein cholesterol, fibrinogen, hypertension, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, diabetes,HCY,triglyceride,hsCRP,total cholesterol,LBP,HP,HP positive rate, the difference was statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.In patients with coronary heart disease, the difference between lipopolysaccharide binding protein and total cholesterol between Helicobacter pylori infection positive group and negative group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.There were significant differences in body mass index, fibrinogen, low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride,VLDL-C,lipopolysaccharide binding protein, and total cholesterol between the positive group and the negative group of Helicobacter pylori infection(P < 0.05).4.Helicobacter pylori content was not related to age(P>0.05),positively correlated with BMI,TC,fibrinogen,TG,LDL-C,homocysteine,very low density lipoprotein cholesterol,hsCRP and LBP(P < 0.05),and negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P < 0.05).Conclusions1.The level of serum LBP is associated with the occurrence of coronary heart disease.2.Helicobacter pylori infection is associated with coronary heart disease.3.Serum levels of lipopolysaccharide binding protein in patients with Helicobacter pylori infection increased significantly.
