Background:acute pancreatitis is the clinical common pancreatic inflammation obstacles disorder,If they can not get effective treatment, their healthy and safety will lead to a horrible threat. With the bad habits, diet structure, the incidence and mortality of the disease are in an upward trend, the clinical work is facing the increasingly grim situation. At present domestic and foreign literature reports on the prognosis of acute pancreatitis more research.but rarely involve admission blood glucose content, and in fact the two do have a close correlation. Objective:to analyze the correlation between blood glucose and the prognosis of acute pancreatitis admitted to hospital,to provide help for clinicians to improve the prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:Taking 80 cases of acute pancreatitis patients who had treatment in Affiliated hospital of Taishan Medical University in March 2015-January 2016 as the research object, according to the severity of the disease divided into mild acute pancreatitis group(60 cases)and severe acute pancreatitis group(20 cases),detailed records of the two groups of patients' admission blood glucose,Ranson score,Balthazar CT grading,CTSI score comparison and correlation analysis. Results:two groups of acute pancreatitis patients admitted to the fasting blood-glucose,blood glucose at 3 a.m,preprandial blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose, bedtime blood glucose, random blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin compared, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);Ranson score,Balthazar CT grading,CTSI score compared, differences between the groups with blood statistical significance(P<0.05);admission blood glucose and Ranson score,Balthazar CT grading,CTSI score exists positive correlation(r = 0.355,0.270,324,P < 0.05).Conclusion:the admission blood glucose and acute pancreatitis were significantly positively correlated with the disease progression, and can be used as a predictor of the prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis.
