| Objective:1.To explore the clinical significance of the control of blood glucose level in the clinical disease of acute pancreatitis, and whether there is an inevitable relationship between blood glucose level and acute pancreatitis.2.Prognosis and related factors in patients with acute pancreatitis.3.In the course of clinical nursing,we tried to apply the evidence-based nursing method, and confirmed that evidence-based nursing can help the prognosis and recovery of acute pancreatitis in the control of blood glucose level. To improve the clinical nursing satisfaction of patients with acute pancreatitis and improve the survival quality of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods1.The proposed tongji hospital affiliated to tongji medical college huazhong university of science and technology in September 2016 to December 2017 bile pancreatic surgery hospital,159 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis,159 cases patients according to blood glucose on admission and in the morning fasting blood glucose value discretion is divided into three groups,to compare between the groups related to the prognosis of acute pancreatitis of the relationship between the clinical indicators.2.The above three groups each respectively divided into two subgroups, the uniform random divided into evidence-based nursing group and routine nursing group, compare the differences between groups, whether in the prognosis of acute pancreatitis in recovery has significant difference. There were significant differences in the time to achieve the target blood glucose.Using evidence-based nursing after each peak between high blood sugar, insulin dosage, the usage of oral medications, use of insulin and oral medications treatment days, incidence of hypoglycemia, the actual number of glucose, hospitalization days, hospitalization expenses and the two groups the incidence of complications in patients with acute pancreatitis is statistically significant.3.Each group SF-36 scale, and the comparison of nursing satisfaction scale, compared in each group after the evidence-based nursing SF-36 grading,as well as the clinical nursing work satisfaction at discharge situation whether there is a difference, whether statistically significant.Results1.After various studies, blood glucose levels can be used as a single indicator to determine the severity and prognosis of acute pancreatitis.2.Other clinical indicators of acute pancreatitis, such as white blood cell count, serum calcium, potassium, sodium and chlorine, have statistical significance. However, albumin, hemoglobin, platelet count and serum creatinine were not statistically significant.3.Improve blood glucose in patients with clinical nursing is effective,evidence-based nursing than conventional nursing group, patients with late complications,evidence-based nursing group significantly lower than the routine nursing care, patients control their blood sugar levels,evidence-based nursing group is superior to the conventional nursing care, clinical nursing patient satisfaction,evidence-based nursing group is much higher than the routine nursing group.ConclusionThe implementation of evidence-based nursing has achieved better results in the control of blood glucose level, and has improved the prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis. In patients with acute pancreatitis clinical nursing in the process of application of evidence-based nursing method is very effective, not only can satisfy the patient’s psychological demand, fundamentally improve the patient’s hospital satisfaction, but also significantly improve blood sugar levels in patients with acute pancreatitis and survival quality, reduce the postoperative complications of acute pancreatitis, reduce the recurrence rate, shorten the hospitalization period, save medical resources. |
