ObjectivesAcute myocardial infarction(acute myocardial infarction AMI)for all coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is the most serious type of disease and it is atherosclerosis leading to acute clinical disease progression of organ damage, mostly due to coronary arterial blood supply drastically reduced or direct drying up,so that the local blood supply cut off region cardiomyocytes serious and long-term acute ischemia and hypoxia.Acute myocardial infarction onset time is short, fast pathogenesis, diagnosis of early intervention, treatment and complications in early stages have a positive effect on its prognosis, this study aims to apply retrospectively analyzing to explore the white blood cell count and C-reactive protein predict complications of acute myocardial infarction,in order to better prevent the occurrence of acute myocardial infarction complications.MethodsThis study selected Affiliated to Shandong University,Jinan Central Hospital 287 patients from September 2014 to July 2015 revenue of Cardiology diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction,196 patients were male,91 female patients, all patients were 12 hours of onset inside, exclude the acute phase of infection, systemic autoimmune diseases, acute cerebrovascular events, rheumatism, rheumatoid disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, cancer, liver failure, kidney failure and other diseases interference and follow the treatment guidelines for acute myocardial infarction given anti-platelet drugs, lipid plaque stabilization, low molecular weight heparin, vascular converting enzyme inhibit ors and other drugs that inhibit myocardial remodel ing, nitrates control conv entional treatment of angina symptoms.Former underwent percutaneous coronary intervention therapy one hour by the elbow vein blood, white blood cell count and inspection C-reactive protein, white blood cell count and 24h after review of C-reactive protein. The white blood cell count and C-reactive protein as a normal group(1)normal group, the white blood cell count(>10×10~9/L)were classified as(2)group,C-reactive protein(>10ug/ml)in the third column(3)group of the white blood cell count(>10×10~/L)and C-reactive protein(>10ug/ml)were classified as(4)group,all patients after PCI,and ECG monitoring should be given oxygen saturation Studies degree of monitoring, close clinical observation, control of postoperative complications(heart failure, arrhythmias and cardiogenic shock)occurred in patients with acute myocardial infarction condition, good statistics and the number of cases, and in 30 days after telephone interviews to understand the patient to the hospital review, the number of cases of statistics and correspond ing complications.ResultsDuring the hospital for observation, four groups of acute myocardial infarction patients with general information(gender, smoking history, low dens ity lipoprotein, hypertension, diabetes)and treatment programs(intervention, antip latelet agents, lipid, plaque stabilization, low molecular weight heparin,ACEI/ARB),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),based on clinical observation and follow-up calls to the hospital 30 days to review the situation during hospitalization and found(2),(3),(4)group of patients with a variety of post-operative complications(heart failure, arrhythmia and cardiogenic shock)is higher than the proportion of group(1)normal group, the difference was statis tically significant(P<0.05).(4)proportion of patients the occurrence of various complications(heart failure, arrhythmias and cardiogenic shock)is higher than(2),(3)group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions1.After the white blood cell count increased in patients with a variety of probability of complications(heart failure, arrhythmias and cardiogenic shock)is significantly higher than normal white blood cell count.2.Postoperative C-reactive protein increased the probability of occurrence of various complications(heart failure, arrhythmias and cardiogenic shock)of C-reactive protein than normal.3.After the white blood cell count increased by joint C-reactive protein levels were better reflect the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly higher in patients with acute myocardial infarction, therefore, acute myocardial infarction, white blood cell count and C-reactive protein incre aseed to post-MI heart failure, arrhythmias and cardiogenic shock have some predict, and thus be effective in preventing clinical complications after myocardial infarction.
