Objective:By detecting LZTS2 and Cyclind1 expression levels in epithelial ovarian cancer, borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue. We aim to discover the expression of LZTS2 and Cyclind1 in epithelial ovarian tumors and to study the relationship of their expression with clinicpathological characteristics, and studying the genesis, development and prognosis of LZTS2 and Cyclind1 in epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods:Immunohistochemistry of S-P method was applied to detect the expression of LZTS2 and Cyclind1 protein in 42 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer,16 cases of borderline ovarian tumors,18 cases of benign tumors and 12 cases of normal ovarian tissue.Analysis LZTS2 and Cyclind1 expression differences in different ovarian tissue; And study the relationship of their expression with clinicpathological characteristics such as the clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis and so on.Furthermore, analysis the correlation of expression of LZTS2 and Cyclind1 in epithelial ovarian cancer tissue. And SSPS22.0 application software is used to statistical analysis. Results:According to statistical analysis show that the positive expression rate of LZTS2 reduced or absenced in epithelial ovarian cancer Cytoplasm.Positive expression rate of LZTS2 in epithelial ovarian cancer, borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue were respectively 19%,25%,33.3% and 58%,compared with normal ovarian tissue, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of LZTS2 in epithelial ovarian cancer compared with borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).And there were no significant ralitionship between the expression of LZTS2 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The expression of CyclinD1 in epithelial ovarian cancer, borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue was 71.4%,37.5%,22.2%,and 8.3%.The expression of CyclinD1 in epithelial ovarian cancer was highest, and compared with borderline ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors and normal ovarian tissue, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of CyclinD1 in epithelial ovarian cancer had correlation relationship with the clinic pathological characteristics such as the clinical stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the expression of CyclinD1 in ovarian cancer was positively correlated with LZTS2.(r=0.526,P=0.000).Conclusion:1.Decreased or absent LZTS2 expression and increased Cyclind1 expression may be associated with epithelial ovarian cancer.2.LZTS2 in epithelial ovarian cancer the positive expression rate of statistically significant difference compared with normal ovarian tissue(P<0.05),while compared with ovarian borderline ovarian tumor, benign tumor differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.The positive expression rate of cyclind1 in epithelial ovarian cancer was compared with that of normal ovarian tissue, benign ovarian tumor and borderline ovarian tumor, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no statistically significant difference between the positive expression of LZTS2 and epithelial ovarian cancer in all the clinicopathological factors(P>0.05).5.The increased expression of Cyclind1 was statistically significant to the clinical stage, pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05),regardless of other pathological factors.6.The expression of LZTS2 and Cyclind1 in epithelial ovarian cancer may be correlated and positively correlated.Detection of LZTS2 and Cyclind1 expression levels in pathological tissues of epithelial ovarian cancer may provide some clinical guidance for patients.
