Rural Health Poverty Alleviation Research

With the arrival of the important period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is an important task to ensure that the rural poor can be lifted out of poverty by 2020 under the current standards of our country.Poverty alleviation by health is a new concept put forward by the health department of our country.If we want to build a well-off society in an all-round way,we must guarantee the health of people in poor areas.It can be said that health poverty alleviation is an indispensable way to effectively solve the problem of poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness.Effective implementation of health poverty alleviation will provide a solid guarantee for the victory of the battle against poverty.This paper takes X County of Shanxi Province as the survey area,takes the poor population of X County as the research object,takes the theory of healthy social determinants and health capital as the theoretical support,focuses on exploring the current situation of rural health poverty alleviation work,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the existing difficulties and challenges based on relevant survey data,in order to realize the smooth progress of rural health poverty alleviation work.Firstly,the relevant literatures and main points of view of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of health poverty alleviation are sorted out,and the research directions are determined and the problems are explored.Secondly,the poverty-stricken population in X County is selected as the research object.By introducing the medical situation,health poverty alleviation model and family economic situation of X County,the importance of implementing health poverty alleviation work in X County as a poverty-stricken county is clarified.Secondly,this paper collects data and data by literature research method and questionnaire survey method,and uses SPSS software to analyze,to explore the correlation between the effectiveness of health poverty alleviation work and government work and the situation of the sample itself.On this basis,with the help of the theory of healthy socialdeterminants,the problems and causes of rural health poverty alleviation work are analyzed in detail.Finally,with the theory of determinants of healthy society,duality of structure and health capital as the starting point,this paper puts forward the feasible optimization path for rural health poverty alleviation: improving the health poverty alleviation security policy in rural poverty-stricken areas,discovering community resources in rural poverty-stricken areas,strengthening family-centered support for health poverty alleviation,and establishing the sick population in rural poverty-stricken areas.Care system.To provide reference for similar poverty-stricken counties to carry out health poverty alleviation work.
