Objectives:1.To explore the relationship between fasting blood glucose, blood lipid and breast cancer and colorectal.2.To explore the relationship between fasting blood glucose, blood lipid levels and metastasis of breast cancer and colorectal.3.To explore the relationship between fasting blood glucose, blood lipid levels and different stages in patients with breast cancer and colorectal.4.To explore the relationship between fasting blood glucose, blood lipid and different pathological types of patients with breast cancer and colorectal. Methods:From January 1,2017 to December 31,2017,patients with breast cancer and colorectal cancer who had been diagnosed pathologically without anti-tumor therapy were collected.Out of a total of 1756 patients,1323 patients were included according to admission criteria and 433 patients were excluded from the exclusion criteria. The following indicators are recorded for patients:1.General situation(sex, age,BMI,smoking history, drinking history, ethnic group,etc.);2.Types,stages,pathological types of malignant tumors;3.The level of fasting blood glucose and blood lipid in the diagnosis of malignant tumor. To analyze the relationship between fasting blood glucose and blood lipid levels and breast cancer and colorectal.Results:1.Relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid levels and breast cancer and colorectal cancer1.1 The blood glucose level in patients with breast cancer and colon cancer was higher than that in patients with rectal cancer, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cholesterol level in patients with breast cancer was significantly higher than that in patients with colon cancer(P<0.05).2.Relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid and breast cancer2.1 The levels of blood glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with non-metastatic breast cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with metastatic breast cancer(P<0.05).2.2 In patients with different stages of breast cancer, the level of blood glucose in patients with stage ?,? breast cancer was higher than that in patients with stage 0,stage ? and stage IV breast cancer, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of blood glucose in patients with stage ? breast cancer was lower than that in patients with stage ? breast cancer(P<0.05),and the level of triglyceride in stage ?,? breast cancer was higher than that in patients with stage 0,stage ? and stage ? breast cancer(P<0.05).The level of triglyceride in stage ? breast cancer was lower than that in stage ? breast cancer(P<0.05),the cholesterol level in stage 0,?,? breast cancer was significantly higher than that in stage ? breast cancer(P<0.05),and the level of cholesterol in stage ? breast cancer was higher than that in stage ?breast cancer(P<0.05).The level of LDL-C in stage ? breast cancer patients was higher than that in stage ?,IV breast cancer patients, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of HDL-C in stage 0 breast cancer was significantly higher than that in stage ?,stage ? and stage IV breast cancer(P<0.05).2.3 In patients with different pathological types of breast cancer, blood glucose levels in patients with intraductal breast cancer are lower than those with invasive ductal carcinoma, invasive lobular carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and other pathological types, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose level in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast was lower than that in infiltrating lobular carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and other pathological types, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of triglyceride in patients with intraductal breast cancer was lower than that in patients with invasive ductal carcinoma, invasive breast cancer, adenocarcinoma and other pathological types, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C in invasive ductal carcinoma, and adenocarcinoma were lower than those in intraductal carcinoma, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid and colon cancer3.1 The levels of blood glucose, triglyceride and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in non-metastatic colon cancer patients were significantly higher than those in metastatic colon cancer patients(P<0.05).3.2 In patients with different stages of colon cancer, the blood glucose level of patients with colon cancer in stage ?,? was significantly higher than that in patients with colon cancer in stage IV(P<0.05).The blood glucose level of patients with stage ? colon cancer was lower than that of patients with stage ? colon cancer, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of triglyceride in patients with colon cancer in stage ?,stage ? and stage ? was significantly higher than that in patients with stage ? colon cancer(P<0.05).The level of triglyceride in patients with stage ? colon cancer was lower than that in patients with stage ? colon cancer, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels in patients with stage ?,stage ? and stage ? colon cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with stage ? colon cancer(P<0.05).3.3 The levels of cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in female colon cancer patients were higher than those in male colon cancer patients(P<0.05).4.The relationship between blood glucose, blood lipid and rectal cancer4.1 The serum triglyceride level in patients without metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients with metastasis {P<0.05).4.2 In different stages of rectal cancer, the level of triglyceride in patients with stage ?,stage ? and stage IV was lower than that in patients with stage ? and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.3 The blood glucose level in female rectal cancer patients was significantly higher than that in male rectal cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The levels of blood glucose and lipid in patients with breast cancer and colorectal cancer were different.Blood glucose in patients with colon cancer and breast cancer is higher than that in patients with rectal cancer. The levels of cholesterol in patients with breast cancer were higher than those in patients with colorectal cancer.2.The metastatic status of patients with malignant tumor is related to their blood glucose and blood lipid level. The breast cancer and colorectal cancer patients with metastatic have lower blood glucose and blood lipid level.3.The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with malignant tumors of different TNM stages were different.Blood glucose and blood lipid levels increased in patients with early breast cancer and colorectal cancer, while blood glucose and blood lipid levels were low in patients with advanced breast cancer and colorectal cancer.4.The levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with malignant tumors of different sexes were different. The blood glucose and blood lipid levels in patients with colorectal cancer in women were slightly higher than those in patients with colorectal cancer in men.
