Objective:To investigate the correlation of blood glucose?blood lipid and the formation of gallstones in En Shi tujia patients, and the impact on the function of the gallbladder. Methods:To collect tujia gallstones patients in department of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery and tujia people from medical checkup people in physical examination center of the hospital of Hubei University for Nationalities, and divide into experimental group and control group.Automatic biochemical analyzer is applied to the detection of the level of blood glucose and blood lipid.Using Color Doppler Ultrasound to measure the constriction volume of gallbladder on an empty stomach and after eating in experimental group and control group respectively, and compare with the volume of gallbladder and gallbladder residual index in the condition of an empty stomachand eating, thus determining to the ability of the gallbladder to empty the bile.Using SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis for statistical analysis, the measurement data was tested by test or rank sum test, count data was tested by chi-square test.P<0.05 was considered as a statistically significant difference between the two groups.Results:1.The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated serum protein of the experimental group and control group are(6.250±2.70)mmol/L vs(5.42±0.89)mmol/L and(165.74±21.53)umol/L vs(154.21±20.20)umol/L.The comparison of the two groups of fasting blood glucose and glycosylated serum protein is statis tically significant(P<0.05);2.Total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and lipoprotein a of the experimental group and the control group are(4.14±1.13)mmol/L vs(3.64±0.58)mmol/L,(1.21±0.32)?mmol/L vs(1.37±0.30)?mmol/L and(191.29±179.20)mg/L vs(97.78±97.83)mg/L,the levelof total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and lipoprotein a in the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The volume and residual index of the experimental group are significantly higher than that in the control group after eating, and the comparison between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The occurrence of gallstones is related to the rise of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein, total cholesterol, lipoprotein a and the decrease of high-density lipoprotein, which is not related to the changes of triglyceri des,low density lipoprotein, apolipoprotein A and apolipoprotein B.2.The occurrence of gallstones is related to the abnormality of the gallbladder contraction function.
