Study On The Application Of PPP Mode In The Process Of Supplying Medical And Health Services

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly,the way of life of the people has changed,the aging process has accelerated,and chronic diseases have increased,which has led to a further release of the demand for medical and health services by the Chinese people.One of the outstanding challenges facing local governments in China today is how to improve the quality of health care services to meet the growing public expectations for better health and better health services.At this time,the drug-added by the hospital was completely banned,and the phenomenon of taking medicine and medicine was no longer there.The development and operation funds of the hospital mainly required the input of local governments.At the same time,due to the downward pressure on the economy and the strict restriction of local government financing,the pressure on people's livelihood expenditures has been increasing,and public finances are unable to afford large amounts of medical and health investment.However,private enterprises have already completed the original accumulation at this time,possessing good financial strength and strong development momentum.and are also looking forward to the new investment field.In the field of health care in China,public hospitals play a leading role in the entire market.In order to use the health care sector as a new investment area,social capital and government cooperation are the best choices.In the face of such a situation,the state has also introduced a number of policies to support and standardize the operation of projects using the PPP model in the provision of medical and health services.At this stage,the supply of medical and health services in China cannot meet the needs of the masses.The government still lacks investment funds while urgently increasing the supply of medical and health.For this reason,the country has repeatedly introduced policies to promote cooperation between the government and social capital(PPP model).It happens that social capital is sufficient and investment channels are scarce,and it is deeply interested in working with the government to obtain stable and long-term benefits.Based on the premise of this situation,this paper analyzes and summarizes the searched literature and the viewpoints,theories and methods in various materials according to the relevant theories of government and social capital cooperation(PPP model),and takes the hospital PPP model construction and operation as the research object.In-depth study and analysis of the current PPP mode operation situation and problems in China's medical and health services,explore and propose policy recommendations suitable for China's national conditions,and contribute to the promotion of China's health service supply quantity and quality.
