Research On Information Management Of Medical Consumables In Y Hospital Based On HRP

On the basis of a large number of readings,this paper selects the medical consumables management work of Y Hospital of the public top three hospitals in Jiangsu Province as the research object,adopts the combination of theoretical research and applied research,and uses related theories such as public management and information management.Study the following aspects:Analyze the mode and process of the Y hospital's use of the HRP management system for consumables management,and the measures and results achieved.Propose the problems in the management,process and system during the operation process,analyze the cause of the problem,and explore how to avoid,improve and optimize the solution.Give solutions and put forward suggestions and opinions on the implementation of HRP projects in public hospitals.We look forward to the application of HRP system in the hospital industry and the future development prospects of consumable information management.This paper compares the processes before and after using HRP system to manage consumables in Y hospital by using the methods of literature and case analysis,and lists the achievements of Y hospital after using HRP system to manage eonsumables.At the same time,during the operation of the system,we also found some problems in the current information management,such as inadequate maintenance of basic data,lack of software functions,limited financial work,imperfect management process of consumables,unstable operation of the system and so on.We analyzed the causes of the problems,mainly due to insufficient understanding of management and over-idealization of objectives.Pursue brand effect,ignore software fit.The process planning deviates from reality and the basic workload increases.In view of these problems,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures through research and analysis.For example,we should strengthen the maintenance of basic database,optimize functional modules,establish a one-off medical consumables cost differential management system,and establish a hospital integrated development platform.In addition,it is necessary to improve the management process of consumables,the procurement management proeedure,the information management of secondary storehouse,the acceptance management of medical consumables and the use management of medical consumables.Finally,we need to strengthen the system security control and maintain the smooth operation of the system.HRP system adopts the latest management concept in the design concept,which provides a variety of functional modules for hospital management.The interface design is more humanized,and the whole system work flow is more standardized.It fully reflects the good expansibility,stability,convenience and security of HRP system.Although there is still room for improvement in HRP system,the efficiency of hospital consumables management has been greatly improved and the business process is more smooth and efficient after using this system.In the process of applying HRP system,in order to give full play to the advantages of the system,developers and users need to participate in the system.In the practical application of the system,the classification and coding of consumables should be further standardized,and the complete management system and use process of medical consumables should be formulated.All these will affect the information level of hospital medical consumables management.With the development of modem medical industry,more public hospitals will adopt HRP system to manage medical consumables in the future.Among the public hospitals in China,Y Hospital is the first group to introduce HRP system.The problems in the process of introducing and applying HRP system in Y Hospital are typical.Through the research and analysis of Y hospital online HRP system,it can provide useful reference for other domestic public hospitals to introduce HRP management,and also provide some guidance ideas for the fine management of the whole health industry.
