Research On The Methods Of Generating And Selecting Risk Decision-Making Scheme For Emergency Medical Rescue

Emergencies usually refer to sudden emergencies that may cause casualties,economic losses,environmental damage and serious social hazards.In recent years,unexpected events occur frequently in our country,which not only seriously threaten the lives of the people,but also cause huge economic losses,even destroy the ecological environment and affect social stability.In order to save lives and reduce injuries,we must organize medical emergency rescue and implement timely and effective on-site medical treatment and transportation of severe patients when emergencies occur.At present,the research on emergency management has made some achievements.It needs to be emphasized that in the process of emergency management,the choice of a reasonable medical emergency rescue plan is the most critical link.Rapid and effective medical emergency rescue can not only improve the efficiency of medical assistance,but also minimize the damage caused by emergencies.It can be seen that the research on the emergency medical risk decision-making is an important topic worthy of attention and research,both in theory and method,or in the application,have important significance.At present,the risk decision of generating and selecting emergency rescue scheme has attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad,but the targeted research still needs to be strengthened.In view of this,this paper has carried on the more in-depth research to the emergency medical emergency rescue plan generation and the choice risk decision question,the main work is as follows:(1)The risk decision problem of emergency medical emergency rescue is extracted,including the generation of medical emergency rescue plan and the risk decision of scheme selection.Based on the research background of emergency management and medical operation management,the risk decision problem of medical emergency rescue in the process of emergency management is proposed.To build a theoretical guidance and practical application of the research framework,and then form a scientific and reasonable system of systematic research.(2)In view of the unexpected events,high uncertainty,complex development and other characteristics,this paper proposes a method of emergency medical emergency rescue based on similar historical case analysis.In this method,firstly,the feature of case problem is analyzed,the similarity between target case and historical case is calculated,then the similar historical case is extracted based on similarity threshold,and an effective historical case set is constructed.Further,considering the implementation cost and effect of the medical emergency rescue program,the evaluation of the scheme,the calculation of the comprehensive utility value and ranking,and then get the set of options of the medical emergency rescue scheme.The method is clear in logic,simple in calculation,and can be used for reference.(3)In order to solve the risk decision-making problem of multiple possible scenarios in the evolution of emergencies,a multi-attribute risk decision-making method is proposed,which considers that the emergency response of emergencies is faced with multiple scenarios.In this part of the study,according to the set of available options,considering multiple scenarios and multiple attributes,the decision matrix is constructed and calculated.Through the comprehensive evaluation value,the optimal decision scheme is selected from the options.This method provides a new way of thinking about the risk decision of medical emergency rescue in the future.This paper focuses on the study of emergency medical rescue risk decision-making.On the basis of fully considering the characteristics of emergency medical emergency rescue,the risk decision-making problem of emergency medical emergency rescue is refined.The problem description and research framework of emergency medical emergency rescue scheme generation and selection method are given.The method of generating and selecting emergency medical emergency rescue scheme can not only consider the implementation cost and effect of the scheme,but also consider several possible scenarios that may occur when the scheme is selected.And the complexity and uncertainty of the corresponding indicators,the use of risk decision-making method to solve the problem.The research of this paper not only has very important academic value,but also has the practical application value,which provides the theory and the method support for the future research on the emergency medical emergency rescue risk decision.It lays a good foundation for further research and application.
