The Method And Application Of Medical Resource Supplier Evaluation In Emergency Service

With the rapid development of social economics and the progress of science and technology,people's living standard has been greatly promoted.Recently,they are beginning to pain their attention to health.Then lots of scholars focus on medical services.In recent years,kinds of emergencies happened frequently,which caused serious threats on people's lives and property.Therefore,the emergency medical service is special and importance in medical service problem.Researches on emergency medical service stated later,however it already has appeared some research results.In the decision-making process of emergency medical service,medical resource supply problem is very critical,timely and effective medical resources supply can largely enhance the effect of emergency rescue,and reduce casualties and property losses in the affected areas.At present,the emergency medical service has received wide attentions of scholars,however,the existing research results are not formed a systemic research system,the effective decision method for emergency medical service decision-making problem is quite less,and a lot of new decision method needs to be put forward.In addition,the studies about medical resource supply in emergency services is less.Therefore,refining the problems of the medical resource supply in emergency services and giving the corresponding effective decision-making method have good theoretical significance and practical significance.The purpose of this thesis is to study and discuss of medical resources supply problems in the emergency services,the main research work includes the following parts:(1)The medical resources supply problems in emergency services are abstracted,and the basic theoretical framework of medical resources supply decision-making problems is puts forward.Emergency medical resources supply problem has a large number of practical backgrounds,and the study of medical resource supply decision-making problem has important theoretical value and practical application value.Then in this paper,the medical resource supply problems in emergency services is abstracted,and the research framework of this kind of problems is given.Firstly,defining the concepts of emergency medical services,and analyzing the main features of the medical resources supply problems.Secondly,describing the problem of medical resource supply in emergency services,and finding the key research points of the decision problem.Thirdly,the research framework and structure model of medical resource supply problem is given.The above work provides emergency medical resources supply problems with theoretical guidance framework,in addition,it gives the theoretical basis for the extension and application of the problem.(2)In order to solve the problem of emergency medical resources supply considering the incompleteness and uncertainty of decision information,this paper proposes a mixed multi-attribute decision-making method.In this method,the D numbers are mainly used for dealing with the uncertainty and incompleteness of decision information,after initial evaluation of all medicine providers,the VIKOR method is adopted to sorting providers,and finally choose the optimal providers.(3)With respect to the stochastic demand of the medical emergency resources,a multi-objective model for emergency medical resource supplier selection is proposed.Three key factors are considered in the model,including the personal performance,response time and flexibility of suppliers.Furthermore,in order to solve the 0-1 multi-objective integer programming model,an improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(INSGA-II)is adopted.The proposed decision theory and method can solve abundant of practical medical resource supply problems,including medicine supply problems in emergency services,the formation problems of emergency medical teams,and other medical resource supply problems,etc.The proposed method provides reference from decision method aspect and application aspect about medical resources supply research in emergency services.
