Based On Multiple Attribute Decision Making Level Of China's Medical And Health Service Research

With the rapid development of economic in our country, the people’s demand formedical and health service grows rapidly. The level of health services directly relates topepole’s health. Also it plays an important effect in our country’s economic and socialdevelopment. At present, there are some differences between ares in our country. It isnecessary to evaluate our overall health service level and the efficiency. So how to makefull use of the health resources to achieve the best social and economic benefits is animportant issue.This paper selects all provinces in our country as the research object. According tothe per capita GDP，our country is divided into three kinds of areas, high-income,middle-income and low-income areas included.From the macro point of view， thisarticle give an overall evaluation of China’s medical and health services, and evaluatethe efficiency of medical health service. So we can explore the difference betweendifferent areas in our country. We can give some suggestions to improve the medicalservice level.This article first introduces the medical and health related theory, including contentof medical health service efficiency and the health service demand and supply theory;Secondly, it introduces the evaluation method about country’s medical service, focusingon multiple attribute decision making method and data envelope analysis method whichare widely used m in many areas; Moreover, This study sets up a scientific andreasonable index system through the literature study through expert consultation and thestatistical methods such as cluster analysis, spearman correlation coefficient. Thenmultiple attribute decision making method and the DEA model are used for empiricalresearch. The results of the study show that, our medical health service level is closelyrelated to the level of economic. In general, the higher the level of economic, medicaland health service level is higher; In addition, China medical and health resourcesallocation is not reasonable. The resources about high income region are redundant andmiddle-income or low income areas are insufficient investment. Finally this article putsforward improving suggestions. They may have certain academic significance for our medical and health service theory research and the establishment of related policies.
