Research On Participatory Service Design Of Community Medical Platform For Elderly Chronic Diseases

With the deepening of the social aging,the number of elderly patients with chronic diseases in our country is increasing year by year.Chronic diseases have the characteristics of long duration of medical care,has brought great challenges to the medical service industry,the problem of lack of medical resources and unequal distribution of resources has also become increasingly prominent.In order to ease the pressure on the medical service industry,address the growing medical needs of sick people,to further improve the elderly community-based medical platform for chronic diseases,optimizing medical service processes has become an urgent issue.The research is based on community-based medical care for elderly chronic diseases,the importance of applying service design to community healthcare platforms was analyzed firstly.Proposed the service design elements of community medical platform and the four demand levels of medical demand,interaction demand,emotional experience demand and cultural demand,summed up the service design method for community medical platform.According to this,the design and exploration of community-based medical platform for senile chronic diseases were explored.Based on the existing participatory design method,this project explored the participatory design approach for elderly patients with chronic diseases,planned the design process and precautions,and further explored the participatory service design process for community medical platform.Based on previous research,a participatory service design flow model for elderly patients with chronic diseases was creatively constructed.The model integrates participatory design into service design process and divides the whole design process into two stages: participatory user research and user engagement design.Screening out the methods and forms suitable for the elderly to participate in the design,and detailed planning of the specific service design process,so that the entire design process more suitable for older people with chronic diseases.Finally,this model guides the construction process of community medical platform,and completes the design and research of the community medical platform for senile chronic disease by analyzing the relevant elements of community medical services such as stakeholders,the blueprint of service platform and user experience.Through the practice of participatory service design,the service content,service flow planning and interactive platform design ofthe community medical platform are completed.While increasing the participation of elderly users,we should further tap the community medical service needs and service experience of elderly patients with chronic diseases,so as to improve the rationality of community medical services and the applicability of platform design results,and to improve the satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic diseases to community medical services.And provides theoretical basis and references for service design activities in related fields.
