In this dissertation,the chemical constituents of two species of Yunnan specific plants,Horsfieldia pandurifolia and Knema furfuracea,were studied.A total of 76 compounds were isolated and identified from the two plants,including 6 new compounds.Horsfieldia pandurifolia is a unique plant in Yunnan Province.So far,it have not been studied deeply.Previous studies are mainly focusing on the oil contents and composition analysis of seeds.Few research on non-oil parts has been reported.Since2014,the graduated students of our group have successively identified a series of novel natural products in H.tetratepala and H.glabra,so that aroused our concern.Aiming to support the comprehensive utilization of plant resources and develop the new medicinal active ingredients,the chemical constituents of the leaves and trunks of H.pandurifolia collected from the Mengla County,Yunnan Province was studies.After repeatedly column chromatography by silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20,and HPLC methods,32 compounds were isolated and their structures were identified by NMR and other spectroscopic methods.The compounds are(±)-horsfielenidine A(1),horsfielenidines B-C(2-3),virolane(4),virolanol C(5),virolanols(6),evofolin B(7),butein(8),pinoresinol(9),orobol(10),tectorigenin(11),7-O-methyltectorigenin(12),calycosin(13),irilone(14),iristectorigenin A(15),genistein(16),daidzein(17),4′,7-dimethoxy-5-hydroxyisoflavone(18),2′,5,7-trihydroxy-4′-metoxyisoflavone(19),6,4′-dimethoxy-7,2′-dihydroxy isoflavone(20),2′-hydroxyformononetin(21),luteolin(22),kaempferol(23),6-demethoxycapillarisin(24),naringenin(25),liquiritigenin(26),eriodictyol(27),fustin(28),(-)-fisetinediol(29),methyl orsellinate(30),protocatechoic acid(31),linoleic acid(32).Compound 1 is a new diarylpropane compound,compounds 2 and 3 are new butane derivatives lignans,compounds 1-4,6,7,9,10,12-14,17-20,23-25,27,30-32 were obtained from this genus for the first time.Knema furfuracea belongs to the Myristicaceae family.To date,few relativestudies on Knema plants was reported.In order to explore the chemical composition of Knema,together with the development and utilization prospects,the chemical constituents of the leaves and trunks of K.furfuracea collected from the Mengla County,Yunnan Province was studies.A total of 44 compounds were isolated and their structures were identified by NMR and other spectroscopic methods.The compounds are 1-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-(2′′,4′′-dihydroxyphenyl)-propan-1-ol(1′),1-(3′-methoxy-4′-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(2′′,4′′-dihydroxyphenyl)-propan-1,2-ol(2′),1-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-(2′′,4′′-dihydro-xyphenyl)-propan-1,2-ol(3′),1-(2′-hydroxy-4′-methoxyphenyl)-3-(3′′,4′′-methyl-enedioxyphenyl)-propan-2-ol(4′),virolanol C(5′),(±)-horsfielenidine A(6′),1-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)-3-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-propan(7′),(+)-pinoresinol(8′),(+)-epipinoresinol(9′),(+)-syringaresinol(10′),salicifoliol(11′),pinocembrin(12′),eriodictyol(13′),naringenin(14′),dihydroquercetin(15′),dihydrokaempferol(16′),5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-3-methoxyflavone(17′),quercetin(18′),luteolin(19′),(-)-epicatechin(20′),biochanin A(21′),tectorigenin(22′),2′,5,7-trihydroxy-4′-metoxyisoflavone(23′),5,7-dihydroxychromone(24′),7-hydroxy-4-benzopyrone(25′),(+)-isololiolide(26′),(+)-dehydrololiolide(27′),dehydrovomifoliol(28′),3S,5R-dihydroxy-6R,7-megstigmadien-9-one(29′),dibutylphthalate(30′),(3S,5R,6S,7E)-3,5,6-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(31′),(E)-2-hydroxy-6-(pentadec-8-en-1-yl)benzoic acid(32′),(-)-3,4-dimethyl-5-hydroxy-5-pentylfuran-2(5H)-one(33′),2,7-dimethyl-octa-2,4-dienedioic acid(34′),C-veratroylglycol(35′),methyl orsellinate(36′),ferulic acid(37′),dihydro ferulic acid(38′),drypetesin B(39′),protocatechuic acid(40′),orcinol(41′),pyrocatechol(42′),vanillic acid(43′),syringic acid(44′).Compounds 1′-3′ are new diarylpropanoids.All of the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.Finally,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Knema were reviewed.
