| This thesis mainly reported chemical constituents on two kinds of plants in Yunnan Province,Horsfieldia tetratepala,an endemic medicinal plant in Yunnan,and Dendrobium aphyllum.Totally 71 compounds were isolated and elucidated from the two plants,including 21 new compounds.H.tetratepala is a unique medicinal plant in Yunnan Province,which is very famous for full of benzine in its seeds.However,chemical constituents in the twigs and leaves of this promising genus have rarely been studied.In our group,researcher Ma Qin first discovered a series of new diarylpropanoids containing 1,4-p-benzoquinone from the branches and leaves of H.tetratepala’.To explore more bioactive diarylpropanoids and to promote the comprehensive utilization of this unique plant,the twigs of H.tetratepala collected from different area were subjected to phytochemical analysis.By solvent extraction,silica gel column chromatography,MCI column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and other methods,47 compounds were isolated from the 70% acetone extract of the leaves,branches of Horsfieldia tetratepala,including diarylpropanoids,dimeric diarylpropanoids,flavans,and lignans.These compounds were elucidated as horsfielenes A-J(1-10),horsfielanes A-B(11-12),horsfielenes K-M(13-15),1-(2′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-(3′′,4′′-methylenedioxyphenyl)-propane(16),bauhiniasin(17),4,4′-(propane-1,3-diyl)diphenol(18),1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)propane(19),1-(4′-hydroxy-2′-methoxyphenyl)-3-(4′′-hydroxy-3′′-methoxyphenyl)-propane(20),(-)-kobusin(21),fargesin(22),(-)-eudesmin(23),epieudesmin(24),(+)-catechin(25),(5S)-5,6-bis(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxepane(26),(2R,3R)-2-(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-3-(3,4-methylenedioxybenzyl)-1,4-butanediol acetonylidene(27),(2R,3R)-2-(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-3-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxylbenzyl)-1,4-butanediol acetonylidene(28),4,4′-dimethyl secoisolariciresinol(29),(-)-dihydro-3′,4′-dimethoxy-3′′,4′′-demethylenedioxycubebin(30),horsfielenes N-R(31-35),3,4-dimethoxy-3′,4′-methylenedioxylignan-9,9′-olide(36),(-)-3′-desmethylarctigenin(37),dextrobursehernin(38),(-)-hinokinin(39),maculatin(40),matairesinol(41),3′,4′-de-O-methylenehinokinin(42),horsfielane S(43),(2R,3S,4R)-4-(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-(4-hydroxy-3-me-thoxyphenyl)-3-hydrox-ym ethyltetrahydrofuran(44),(2R,3S,4R)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)-3-hydroxy-met hyltetrahydro-furan(45),lariciresinol dimethyl ether acetate(46),and lariciresinol dime ether acetate(47),respectively.Compounds 1-15,31-35 and 43 are new,and compounds 1-15,18,19,23,25-47 were isolated from the genus Horsfieldia for the first time.From the trunk of D.aphyllum,24 compounds were isolated,they are elucidated as quercetin(1′),kaempferol(2′),tricin(3′),apometzgerin(4′),naringenin(5′),gigantol(6′),moscatilin(7′),loddigesiinol C(8′),trisin(9′),3,3′,5-trihydroxybibenzyl(10′),moscatin(11′),9,10-dihydrophenanthrene-2,4,7-triol(12′),4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamaldehyde(13′),dihydro-p-cinnamic acid(14′),4-hydroxy cinnamic acid(15′),trans-caffeic acid(16′),3-(3-Oxo-1,3-dihydroisobenzofuran-1-yl)propanoic acid(17′),dihydroconiferyl dihydro-p-coumarate(18′),scopoletin(19′),(-)pinoresinol(20′),6,7-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-1-naphthoic acid(21′),syringic acid(22′),trans-N-p-coumaroyltyramine(23′),and N-cis-feruloyl tyramine(24′),respectively。At last,flavonoids from the Myristicaceae family were reviewed. |
