| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of Peishi Fuzheng Gushen decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of postoperative ovarian cancer patients,and evaluate the efficacy and safety of postoperative ovarian cancer patients,Objective to study the mechanism of Peishifuzhenggushen decoction in treating ovarian cancer.Methods:In this study,70 cases of ovarian cancer after surgery accord to standard were randomly divided into the treatment group 35 cases and the control group 35 cases.With Peishi Fuzheng Gushen Decoction combined with chemotherapyand Western medicine Convention treatment in the treatment group;Control group were given Simple chemotherapy and conventional treatment of Western medicine.Two groups of patients to 21 days for 1cycles of chemotherapy,a total of 4 cycles of chemotherapy.To evaluate the clinical effect by changes of Clinical symptom of Chinese medicine,Changes in quality of life,CA125,Toxicity of chemotherapy.Meanwhile,to assess safety of it by observing the ECG,function of liver and kidney,urine,stool routine case and adverse events occurred during experiments.Result:(1)Clinical symptom of Chinese medicine:Treatment group 12 cases were marked,18 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 82.9%;the control grou p 6 cases were marked,14 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 57.1%,T he treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)Quality of life(QOL Score):Treatment group before the treatment of the average is30.57 ? 3.20,after treatment is35.79 ? 3.76,Control group before the treatment of the average is 31.42 ? 3.65,after treatment is 33.53 ? 4.98,The quality of life of the treated group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Physical status(KPS)Score:the treatment group improved in 10 cases,steady 23 cases,2 cases of deterioration,the control group improved in 3 cases,steady 25 cases,7 cases of deterioration.Treatment group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).(4)CA125:Treatment group before the treatment of the average is 55.69 ? 13.95,after treatment is 23.11 ? 6.47,Controlgroup before the treatment of the average is 53.46 ? 12.19,after treatment is 28.54 ? 4.79,The CA125 level of treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(5)Occurrence of side effects after chemotherapy:After chemotherapy,bone marrow supperssion and digestive tract reaction were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peishi Fuzheng Gushen decoction can improve the clinical effect of postoperative patients with ovarian cancer,improve the quality of life and prevention of side effects of chemotherapy.Effective and secure. |
