Shengban Formula Combined With Prednisone Treatment Of ITP Qi Deficiency Not Taken Effect Observation And Experimental Study

Objective: To observe the traditional Chinese medicine l plate soup combined hormonetreatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura effect. Explore traditional Chinesemedicine combined with hormone treatment of ITP than the single advantage of hormonetreatment of ITP, and provide some theoretical and practical basis for further clinicalapplication of Chinese medicine syndrome theory with western medicine to better combine.Methods:60cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (PLT), patients wererandomly divided into two groups-Integrative treatment group (l plate soup prednisone)and simple hormone treatment group (prednisone), each30cases. Integrative treatmentgroup were treated with l plate soup+prednisone l plate, soup is a traditional Chinesemedicine decoction, sooner or later, twice each; the control group were given prednisone.The treatment lasted3months, clinical efficacy was observed.Results: Integrative Medicine group total efficiency of90.0%, control group was70.0%, two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). In the combination therapy groupTCM Syndrome compared to the significant difference (P <0.05), Chinese and Westernmedicine combination therapy can better improve the quality of life of patients. Theclinical efficacy of the treatment group and control group onset time, a significantdifference (P <0.05), treatment group, clinical efficacy, faster onset. Efficacy of Chinesemedicine symptom onset time, there are significant differences (P <0.05), Integrativetreatment group of syndromes more rapid onset. Integrative treatment group and controlgroup before and after the PLT comparison, there were significant differences (P <0.01),indicating that both groups treatment effect. The PLT comparison groups after treatment, asignificant difference (P <0.01), the Integrative Medicine is more simple hormonal therapycan improve the number of platelets in patients with more effective. The two groups before and after treatment the MPV, the PDW comparison were significant differences (P <0.01),indicating that the two groups of treatment can reduce the patient’s MPV, PDW. Aftertreatment, the MPV, the PDW was no significant difference (P>0.01), no correlation. Twogroups of patients before and after treatment the number of bone marrow megakaryocytesThere was a significant difference (P <0.01), After treatment, the number of patients withbone marrow megakaryocytes is also a significant difference (P <0.01), indicating that thetwo groups of treatment can be reduced in patients with megakaryocyte number, andIntegrative Medicine treatment group more effective than hormone therapy alone group.Conclusion: l plate soup, traditional Chinese medicine combined with hormonetreatment of ITP is effective and can effectively improve the patient’s platelet level.Compared with the traditional simple hormone treatment, the obvious advantages, fasterand higher to enhance the number of platelets in patients with and improve patients’ qualityof life better, its specific mechanism of action for further study.
