In recent years,the professionalization of hospital management has become a hot topic in the field of hospital management.Hospital management is a discipline,and the professional training of hospital managers is a system,which has increasingly become a consensus.To manage a hospital well,it is not enough to rely solely on the enthusiasm and experience of hospital managers.It is necessary to study and grasp the internal laws of the hospital.Hospital managers manage hospitals and doctors to see patients,which are two different things.Doctors are faced with disease,is to study and solve patients' health problems.And the hospital administrators have to face is the hospital,department,department,is to study and solve the hospital,department,Department "health" problem.Although the two are connected,but there are qualitative differences,it is a prerequisite for a good hospital administrator to see a doctor,and it is a sufficient condition.So the vast majority of the hospital managers in our country have grown up among the excellent doctors.However,it is far from enough for hospital managers to see a doctor,and it must be an expert in management.This is a necessary condition.Hospital administrators who manage and understand management can well assume the responsibility of leading and managing hospitals.According to the "2017 national economic and social development statistics bulletin" issued by the National Bureau of statistics,there are 995 thousand medical and health institutions in China,including 30 thousand hospitals,12 thousand public hospitals and 18 thousand private hospitals in the hospital.The bottleneck that restricts the development of Chinese hospitals is hospital management.The root cause is the management of hospitals.In order to shorten the gap between China and the world in the hospital management,the management staff of the vast hospitals in our country need to make up the main course of hospital management and become professional managers.On the basis of the professional system of hospital administrators in developed countries and the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad in developed countries,the experts of the senior management in the A hospital,the professor of the Shanghai Univer management discipline,the Shanghai Shen Kang Hospital and the Shanghai health and family planning committee are composed of 11 experts.The questionnaire on the status quo of A hospital managers' professionalization was formulated.Through the field survey interview,the professionalization of the middle,grass-roots and ordinary managers of A hospital was deeply studied.From three aspects of the basic situation of the managers,the status quo of professionalization and the situation of cognition and professional training,the statistical data are collected,collected,collected and collected in the 126 valid questionnaires.And in the subjective and text questions of the questionnaire,the fuzzy clustering method is introduced to the algorithm to make the fuzzy clustering of the professional development model of the 126 A hospital managers.On the basis of the detailed analysis of the questionnaire,this paper,based on the experience of the hospital management experience of the developed countries in foreign countries and the practical experience of the excellent hospitals in China,combined with the actual situation of the public A hospital in Shanghai,puts forward the optimization scheme for the professional development system of the A hospital administrators.The overall principles and main objectives of the optimization are clarified,and the career development system scheme of hospital managers is put forward constructively,including the formulation of management personnel structure optimization and echelon construction project,the improvement of management personnel training and use standards,classification and guidance for professional career development planning for all kinds of managers;and the establishment of internationalization.The system of training and development of managers and implementation guarantee.It provides suggestions for the professionalization of A hospital managers,so as to provide scientific basis and rationalization proposals for improving the professional management level of hospital administrators in our country,further promote the reform process of public hospitals in China,and accelerate the process of professionalization of hospital administrators in our country.
