Objective To explore the clinical application of endoscopic laryngectomy for benign laryngeal lesions,to study the feasibility and scope of its application in clinical diagnosis and treatment,to evaluate its effect,to summarize its advantages, advantages and operability, and to improve its limitations and deficiencies so as to make its complications occur. The rate is lower and the scope of application is wider so as to provide better clinical services.MethodFrom September 2015 to May 2018,100 patients with hoarseness as the main symptoms and clinically diagnosed as benign laryngeal lesions by dynamic laryngoscopy were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases)according to the clinical classification of the disease.Example.The control group underwent the removal of benign laryngeal lesions under dynamic magnifying laryngoscope under local anesthesia and the study group underwent the removal of benign laryngeal lesions under general anesthesia support laryngoscope. The patients in the study group received the same adjuvant treatment including anti-inflammation and aerosol inhalation. The patients in the study group were silenced for 2 weeks after operation and were given pronunciation training under the guidance of doctors The clinical therapeutic effect, operative indexes, quality of life scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the study group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference in the operation time between the study group and the control group(58.50(+ 3.78 min),P > 0.05;the score of operation process and postoperative pain in the study group(1.45(+ 0.40))was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05);the hospitalization time(4.25(+ 1.25 d)in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P < 0.05)..According to the SF-36 quality of life scale score, the study group before surgery quality of life score: physiological function(PF)score(34.20 + 9.88),physiological function(RP)score(29.35 + 14.15),emotional function(RE)score(37.15 + 17.96),social function(SF)score(42.05 +16.45),the body Pain(BP)score(42.30 + 10.03),energy(VT)score(41.25 + 15.50),mental health(MH)score(44.35 + 10.28),general health(CH)score(32.30 + 9.55)were not significantly different from the control group(P > 0.05);the quality of life score: physiological function(PF)in the study group after surgery Score(47.35 +15.78),Physiological Function(RP)score(43.65 + 16.55),Emotional Function(RE)score(51.98 + 11.20),Social Function(SF)score(65.40 + 13.25),Body Pain(BP)score(53.70 + 11.65),Energy(VT)score(56.35 + 12.95),Mental Health(MH)score The score of general health(CH)and general health(55.95 + 12.75)were higher than those of the control group(43.88 + 12.95,P < 0.05),and the incidence of complications(4.00%)in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Supporting laryngoscopy for the removal of benign laryngeal lesions, because of its good illumination, enlargement of visual field, can be clearer and more accurate focus clearance. The clinical characteristics of Laryngeal Benign lesions, the patient's own basic conditions and the operation with different tolerance, can be considered and evaluated comprehensively, choose the appropriate surgical method. With the development of laryngeal microscopy, especially for obese, short neck, cervical spondylosis and heart disease, pharyngeal reflex is obvious, glottis exposure is difficult and the pathological changes are huge and complex, obvious clinical symptoms of patients, the choice of supporting endoscopic laryngeal benign lesions removal surgery method can be relatively ideal therapeutic effect.
