Study On The Application Of Nasal Endoscope And Micro Suction Device In The Operation Of Supporting Laryngoscope

ObjectiveObservation and analysis of the single laryngoscope and laryngoscope and nasal endoscopic and micro suction cutting treatment of polyp of vocal cord,laryngeal cyst,laryngeal papilloma and other benign laryngeal lesions clinical curative effect,operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,and explore its relative superiority,feasibility,practicality,in order to facilitate the application and promotion in the clinic.MethodDuring a retrospective study in September 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital admitted 198 cases of patients with laryngeal benign disease,the main types of 127 cases of vocal cord polyp,65 cases of cyst patients,6 cases of papillary tumor patients;the operation mode for the traditional method and the new method,the traditional method group is in the laryngoscope used alone laryngeal forceps,scissors,knife and other throat throat throat equipment operation,the new method group is in the laryngoscope combined with nasal endoscope and micro suction cutting operation;all operations were done under general anesthesia,after 1 ~ 12 months of follow-up,observation of two kinds of surgical treatment of patients with clinical the efficacy,hospitalization time,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative recovery time.ResultAll the patients were successfully,no statistically significant differences between the two groups in sex and age(p>0.05);the two groups of surgical treatment of pedunculated polyp effect is no difference,but there is obvious difference in the curative effect in the treatment of wide base type or whole abdominal type polyps,whether or polyp laryngeal cyst and laryngeal papilloma the new method,theoperation time,amount of bleeding,hospitalization time and postoperative recovery time were shorter than the traditional group.ConclusionThe laryngoscope and nasal endoscopic and micro suction cutting pedicle in the treatment of diseases such as type of vocal cord polyps when compared with the single laryngoscope surgery had no significant statistical significance,but in the treatment of wide base type or whole abdominal type vocal polyp and cyst of epiglottis throat benign lesions in patients not only shorten the operation time and hospitalization time.Reducing the amount of intraoperative bleeding,good curative effect,the cure rate is significantly improved,but also reduces the recurrence rate,that is a good way of such type of surgery in surgery.
