Research On Hubei Province Health Medical Big Data Resource Directory System

[Purpose] In order to promote the sharing and application of health medical big data resources in Hubei Province,it is convenient for medical and health practitioners and institutions to query and utilize data resources,promote the statistical analysis and utilization of health medical big data resources,and promote the development of health medical big data industry in Hubei Province to Hubei Province.The health care big data resource catalogue was researched.[Methods] Research methods include literature research,questionnaire surveys,field surveys,and expert consultation.Use the literature research method to analyze and analyze the research of resource types,resource classifications and resource catalogues at home and abroad,and provide theoretical basis and reference basis for project research.Use questionnaire survey method and field survey field interview method to understand the existing health care big data of each institution.The status quo of resource composition;consultation and discussion on the constructed health care big data resource system architecture,resource classification system and resource classification catalogue of Hubei Province through expert consultation method.[Results] The survey learned about the status quo of medical institutions in Hubei Province,constructed the overall structure,construction framework and resource classification system of the health care big data resource catalogue system in Hubei Province,and compiled resource classification catalogues,including institutional catalogues,basic resource catalogues,and business resource classifications.Directory,topic resource classification directory.Suggestions for the development of the health medical big data resource directory in Hubei Province were put forward.[Conclusions] The construction of the health care big data resource directory architecture in Hubei Province will provide a system model for the development of registration and query applications for health medical big data resources in Hubei Province;the establishment of resource classification system and the compilation of classification catalogue are the basis of the resource catalog system.And the guide;countermeasures suggest a specific method for the implementation of the resource directory construction.The research results of this thesis have certain reference significance for the integration and sharing of health medical big data resources in Hubei Province and the application and development of health medical big data.
