Design And Implementation For Health Care Intelligent Data Management System

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology,big data is full of all aspects of human society,which has a great impact on people’s lives.People pay more and more attention to the huge value behind big data.For health care data,it can be applied to clinical research,Internet medicine,National health management,major disease early warning and public health detection,Therefore,it is very important to make full use of medical data.Health care big data has become an important national strategic resource.As a new infrastructure of health care,it plays an important role in supporting and promoting the development of health care and improving people’s health.However,due to the lack of unified standards and technology in the early stage of medical information construction in China,the quality of medical data is uneven,and there are "information islands" among the information systems of medical institutions at all levels,which greatly affects the application of medical information.Therefore,it is particularly important to manage the data of health care so as to make better use of its value.According to the characteristics of health care data and the existing problems in data governance,this paper designs and implements a health care intelligent data governance system to manage regional medical data.The system fully considers the characteristics of multi-source health and medical data,and designs multiple functional modules to meet the needs of system users,including medical data integration,data quality management,medical data fusion,medical data visualization analysis and system management.In order to better manage the data,we need to integrate the medical data of various medical institutions,and design a data integration module to realize the data integration of various databases.In order to realize the interconnection of regional health and medical data,break the data barriers between various medical institutions,establish the main database of each hospital,design the method of rule matching combined with machine learning algorithm for data fusion,solve the problem of different patient ID with the same patient,and design the medical data visualization analysis function,It is convenient for system users to use medical data more intuitively to do their own work.The system uses spark platform for data processing,so as to meet the high-speed processing of 100 million level data.Web services are developed through Vue+ElementUI and HTML5 for user interaction.Hive database is used to store medical data in data storage,It has scalability and high fault tolerance in data storage and computing.Health care intelligent data governance system facilitates users to carry out follow-up medical data analysis and data mining,and promotes the better development of health care big data.
