Research On Service Quality And Influencing Factors Of Fixed Care Aged Agencies In Disabled Persons' Medical Care Insurance In Changchun City

In recent years,the number of elderly people in China has been rising,and the number of disabled people has also shown a trend of rising year by year.In this regard,the medical care of disabled people becomes more and more important.As the first pilot city of long-term care insurance system,Changchun City,in order to optimize the allocation of medical insurance resources,improve the efficiency of the use of medical insurance funds,explore the establishment of a medical care insurance system for disabled persons based on social services,and set up fixed-point medical care accordingly.The care organization actively carries out the medical care business for disabled persons.So far,the number of fixed-point care institutions in Changchun has grown from 35 in 2015 to 54.Since the care services for disabled persons are still immature,it is necessary to further study how to improve the service quality of designated elderly care institutions.The main purpose of this thesis is to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the service quality of designated care institutions in Changchun City,and to find out the influencing factors of service quality and propose suggestions for improvement.This paper first introduces the development background of the service of designated care institutions for the medical care insurance in Changchun City,the number of designated old-age care institutions,and the geographical distribution.Based on the current situation of the medical care services for disabled people in Changchun,the questionnaire design is used,and the questionnaire is used to select the possible Influencing factors and assigning values to them.Secondly,a binary logistic regression model is constructed.The SPSS19.0 tool is used to process the questionnaire data.The reliability analysis is used to analyze the factors,and the main factors are extracted.The regression analysis is combined with the service quality of the fixed-point pension institutions to find out the main factor in the quality of institutional services.Through analysis,it is concluded that the five aspects of service content,caregivers,human care,facilities and safety management of fixed-point care institutions have an impact on their service quality.In response to these influencing factors,the author put forward corresponding suggestions from enriching the content of long-term care services,strengthening professional training for care workers,attaching importance to humanistic care,improving nursing facilities,and strengthening safety supervision and management.
