Aim: To compare OPD-SCAN?,iTrace and slit lamp as three different methods for the consistency of intraocular lens postoperative axial when the pupil diameter is6 mm.Methods: Thirty-five patients(39 eyes)implanted with Arcysof Toric IOL(Alcon)during cataract surgery were enrolled in this study.Eyes underwent surgery were dropped into compound tropicamide eye drops for mydriasis at postoperative same time, and the axial direction of the intraocular lens at a pupil diameter of 6 mm was measured and recorded with OPD-SCAN? and iTrace.Slit lamp was applied to take photos of the IOL,then photoshop software was applied to analyze the IOL axis. Each measurement was performed by the same physician. We used the Paired-T Test to compare the differences of Toric IOL's axial measurement between every two groups and apply the Blant-Altman method to compare the consistency among groups. Results: The axial direction of Toric IOL measured by OPD-SCAN? was(100.269 ±50.535)°,measured by iTrace was(101.303 ± 45.634)°,measured by Slit lamp was(102.426±51.975)°.After comparing the Toric IOL axis measured by OPD-SCAN?,iTrace and slit lamp, there was no significant statistical difference(P> 0.05).The axial difference between OPD-SCAN? and slit lamp was(-2.156 ± 9.549)°,between iTrace and slit lamp was(-1.123 ± 14.796).Blant-Altman analysis showed favourable agreement among the three groups. Conclusion: Both OPD-SCAN? and iTrace can be used as objective IOL axial measurements after Toric IOL implantation, which is in favourable agreement with slit lamp measurements.
