Objective: Research at home and abroad shows that mental health is an important problem for female infertility patients.Depression has become an important killer of mental health of female infertility patients.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the status quo of depressive symptoms in female infertility patients,discusses the influencing factors of depressive symptoms in female infertility patients,and examines the mediating role of psychological resilience in the relationship between reproductive pressure,social support and depressive symptoms.It provides a theoretical basis for formulating intervention strategies for mental health of female infertility patients.Methods: From 2017 to 2018,663 patients with infertility diagnosed in the reproductive center of Shenyang Maternal and Infant Hospital were selected by convenient sampling method.We distributed 663 questionnaires to the subjects face to face after obtaining their written informed consents.The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,Fertility Problem Inventory,Perceived Social Support Scale and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,were administrated in questionnaires to measures depressive symptoms,infertility-related stress,social support and resilience among women with infertility.548 questionnaires were collected,473 questionnaires were effectively recovered,and the effective recovery rate was 86.3%.Univariate analysis of variance and t-test were used to compare the depression symptoms of female infertility patients with different demographic characteristics.Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between depressive symptoms and influencing factors in female infertility patients.Stratified regression analysis was used to determine the influencing factors of depressive symptoms in female infertility patients and the intensity of their effects.The mediating effects of psychological resilience on fertility pressure,social support and depressive symptoms in female infertility patients were preliminarily tested.The mediating effect of mental resilience was tested by structural equation model.Results: In this study,the depressive symptoms rate of female infertility patients was 33.4%;The average score of depressive symptoms in female infertility patients was 5.98 ± 3.12,fertility pressure was 139.56 ± 29.54,social support was 63.18 ± 12.11,and resilience was 59.99 ± 13.92.Educational level and monthly income are the influencing factors of depressive symptoms of female infertility patients;educational level and monthly income are the influencing factors of reproductive stress of female infertility patients;monthly income is the influencing factor of social support of female infertility patients;age and educational level are the influencing factors of psychological resilience of female infertility patients.Fertility-related stress was related with depressive symptoms(?=0.341,p<0.001),resilience was associated with depressive symptoms(?=-0.150,p<0.001).Resilience plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between Fertility-related stress,social support and depressive symptoms.Conclusions: Mental health of female infertility patients is worse.Fertility-related stress,social support and resilience are important influencing factors of depressive symptoms in female infertility patients.Fertility-related stress and social support can directly predict depressive symptoms in female infertility patients.Fertility-related stress is a positive factor for depressive symptoms,while social support is a negative factor for depressive symptoms.At the same time,resilience plays a mediating role in the relationship between reproductive stress,social support and depressive symptoms.Therefore,for medical staff,we should pay attention to the mental health of female infertility patients,and solve psychological diseases as well as physical diseases.Medical staff can formulate effective psychological intervention measures from the perspectives of stress,support and psychological resources.For family members and friends,support is the most desirable of patients,so we need to care about and understand patients,and ultimately achieve the goal of improving mental health.
