Objective: Due to its special location,oral cancer is a kind of patients with physical and mental destruction of the disease.Therefore,in the process of diagnosis and treatment,oral cancer patients not only suffer from physical pain,but also suffer from mental torture brought by the disease,and are prone to depression.Those who do not meet the critical threshold for depression are at high risk for depression.There are few studies on the depression tendency of oral cancer patients.Therefore,this study will explore the influencing factors of depression tendency in oral cancer patients,and focus on the relationship between stress perception,general self-efficacy and depression tendency.According to the results of this study,it provides a scientific basis for the intervention of depression tendency in oral cancer patients.Method: This study in February 2018-December 2018 investigation,using the method of convenient sampling,with China Medical University of Stomatology and Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University in Shenyang,liaoning province in a certain period of time all this study standard oral cancer patients as samples in the form of a questionnaire survey on the basic situation of oral cancer patients,stress feeling and general self-efficacy,the Netherlands,hope and depression tend to be measured,using the pressure scale,general self-efficacy scale,the Netherlands,hope scale and self-reported questionnaire.In the end,232 questionnaires were collected,and 204 questionnaires were finally valid after invalid questionnaires were removed.The software used for input and analysis was Epidata2.0 and SPSS17.0.The analysis methods and corresponding research objectives were as follows: descriptive analysis was used to describe the general situation of patients with oral cancer;Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the difference of depression tendency and related factors in oral cancer patients.Independent sample t test and one-way anova were used to compare the depression tendency of oral cancer patients with different general conditions.Finally,multivariate linear stratified regression analysis was used to verify the mediating effect.Results: The incidence of depression in patients with oral cancer in this study was at a high level of 64.22%.In multivariate stratified regression analysis,after controlling the influence of demographic variables,stress perception and general self-efficacy have a significant impact on depression tendency,and stress perception and general self-efficacy explain a total of 50.00% variation,and hope The mediator variable further explained the 9.7% variation.This shows the mediating role that you want to play in the model.Conclusion: The PSS,GSES,HHS,and SRQ used in this study are suitable for measuring the pressure perception,general self-efficacy,hope,and depression tendency of patients with oral cancer.This study has a feeling of stress,general self-efficacy and hope have an impact on the tendency of depression in patients with oral cancer.This provides a reference for clinical treatment and psychological assistance.
