Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is one of the most common gynecological endocrine diseases,with a rate of 5%-10%for women of childbearing age.It is a kind of rare ovulation or no ovulation,hyperandrogenic reemia,ovary polycystic changes,and insulin resistance syndrome,characterized the early performance for menstrual disorders,infertility,often hairy,acne,obesity,etc.,the late caused more suger and lipid metabolism disorders,disease of heart head blood-vessel,cancer and other systemic complications,irreversibility,seriously affect the childbearing age women of reproductive and health.In recent years,as the study of PCOS has advanced,the disease has increasingly shown its complexity and deceptive nature.The article reviewed from biochemical characters,complications and new progress.
