As a basic health service institution in urban areas,community medical and health institutions are the leading positions of public health incidents,leading positions of reports and prevention and treatment of diseases.The construction and evaluation of emergency capacity of community medical and health institutions is particularly important to resolve public health emergencies.According to the related theory of emergency ability of medical and health institutions at home and abroad,combined with relevant policies and regulations of public health emergencies in China,this paper further constructs the emergency evaluation system of community medical and health institutions from three aspects: prevention and emergency preparation,report and information release,rescue and department coordination,and the use of hierarchical analysis.The method was used to calculate the weight of the evaluation index.Through the investigation and evaluation of the emergency capacity construction of the community medical and health institutions in Changsha,it was found that the overall level of the emergency ability of the community medical and health institutions in Changsha was good.At the end of the article,we should strengthen the emergency concept construction of the community medical and health institutions,deepen the emergency management mechanism of the community medical and health institutions,formulate a reasonable emergency resource assessment system,and make an emergency evaluation system,and make accurate application of the emergency ability evaluation system.The information reporting system,strengthening the coordination and communication with the relevant departments,puts forward six countermeasures.
