Clinical Observation On Ovulation After Laparoscopic Operation With Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated With Acupuncture And Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine(oral Zishen Yangjing decoction combined with acupuncture at seven points in abdomen)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)with fertility requirement after laparoscopy.Objective: to explore the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on ovulation after laparoscopic operation of kidney deficiency syndrome(PCOS)in order to provide treatment ideas for clinical improvement of ovulation after laparoscopic operation of kidney deficiency syndrome(PCOS).Methods 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group(treated by oral Zishen Yangjing decoction combined with acupuncture after laparoscopy).There were 30 cases in acupuncture group(laparoscopy combined with acupuncture)and 30 cases in control group(simple laparoscopic operation).The course of treatment was 3 months and the follow-up were 3 months.The changes of basal body temperature(Basic Body Temperature Measurement,BBT),number of follicles,ovarian volume and ovulation rate were observed and compared before and after treatment in three groups.Statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results 1.BBT comparison: a.Intra-group comparison: the two-phase rate of BBT in three groups after treatment(3 months after operation)and acupuncture group(6 months after operation)was higher than that before operation(P<0.0167).b.Group comparison: 3 months after operation,there was no difference among the three groups(P>0.05).6 months after operation,the two-phase rate of BBT in the acupuncture group was better than that in the control group(P<0.0167),and there was no difference between the acupuncture group and the control group(P>0.0167).2.Comparison of follicular numbers: a.Intra-group comparison: after treatment(3 months after operation,6 months after operation),the number of follicles in the three groups decreased significantly(P<0.05),but there was no difference in the number of follicles between 6 months after operation and 3 months after operation(P>0.05).b.Group comparison: 3 months after operation,there was significant difference between acupuncture group and control group(P<0.05),but there was no difference between acupuncture group and control group(P>0.05).Six months after operation,there were significant differences among the three groups(P<0.05).3.Ovarian volume comparison: a.Intra-group comparison: the ovarian volume of the three groups decreased after treatment(3 months,6 months after operation)compared with pre-operation(P<0.05),but there was no difference between 6 months after operation and 3 months after operation(P>0.05).b.Group comparison: 3 months after operation,there was no difference among the three groups(P>0.05).6 months after treatment,there was significant difference between acupuncture group and control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between acupuncture group and control group(P>0.05).4.Maximum follicular diameter comparison: a.The maximal follicular diameter of the three groups increased after treatment(P<0.05).There was no difference in the third and follow-up period between the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group(P>0.05),while in the control group the follow-up period and the second cycle of treatment were not different(P>0.05).There was no difference in the third cycle(P>0.05).b.Group comparison: in the first cycle of treatment,there was no difference among the three groups(P>0.05).In the second cycle,there was difference between the acupuncture group and the control group(P<0.05),and there was no difference between the acupuncture group and the control group(P>0.05).In the third cycle and follow-up period of treatment,the comparison of three groups and two groups all existed.The difference was significant(P<0.05).5.The ovulation rate was compared with that of BBT.Conclusion 1.The combination of acupuncture and medicine after laparoscopic surgery for kidney deficiency syndrome(PCOS)with fertility requirements can reduce the volume of ovary and reduce the number of follicles,increase the largest diameter of follicles,and improve the BBT biphasic rate and ovulation rate,which has a certain clinical advantage.2.the combination of acupuncture and medicine can reduce the ovarian volume and the number of follicles.The curative effect of laparoscopy combined with acupuncture is better than that of laparoscopy combined with acupuncture and simple laparoscopic operation in improving follicular development and ovulation rate,and the latter two have the same curative effect.It is an effective method to treat kidney deficiency syndrome after PCOS laparoscopy.
